Waterfront holiday rentals in Bay Lake

We had an amazing stay at Fonti’s place at Storey Lake in Kissimmee! Everything was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The home was perfect for our group, and the location couldn’t have been better. Communication with Fonti and the entire Fonti Vacation Home Staff was outstanding from start to finish. They were always responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Brandon’s place was a great location for everything we wanted to do. It matches the description and photos. The terrace outside is a fabulous place to spend time and chill on an evening. Very responsive host . We arrived a little earlier than expected. I messaged Jean to see if we could check in early and within 5 min she responded and said we could . That was a big help . AC worked great , internet very strong . It’s in a great location and easy to access . We had 6people . More than comfortable with the 4 bedrooms . I would def stay again . Thanks Jean

Loved the location as it was close to restaurants, a grocery store and to the Disney Parks. Also loved our view of the lake and the little balcony. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Linens were very clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. Checking in through the lobby was super easy and flexible, as they are open till late.

THE PLACE IS COZY, IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO FEEL COMFORTABLE AND ENJOY A FAMILY VACATION. IT IS CLOSE TO THE DISNEY PARKS (15 MIN). THERE ARE MANY PLACES AROUND THAT CAN SATISFY YOUR PALATE AND EVEN SOME MAJOR NEEDS SUCH AS WALGREENS, GAS STATIONS, ESSENTIAL PRODUCTS. THE VIEW OF THE LAKE IS INCREDIBLE, IN ADDITION TO THE SUNS.

Beautiful views from both balconies! Morning sunrises and Disney fireworks at night. Community pool was very clean and the tiki bar had yummy food and drinks for a reasonable price. Room was clean and beautifully decorated. Host is very attentive and communicative. We had an amazing time and will be back!

I came to the area for work and treated myself to living in my favorite childhood fantasy for a week. The hosts put a lot of effort into this house to make you feel like you were in your own Hogwarts! Everything was very detailed and clean, neighborhood was safe and peaceful and the pool was a great place to cool off and watch the sunset and wildlife. Would def recommend for families or any Harry Potter fan! Thank you guys for having me!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The harry potter themed house was exactly as pictured, which made it a big hit with the kids. It was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — we felt right at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our time away. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Nice clean place and great area!!

5 stars - 10/10 Excellent location. So close to everything. Busy surrounding roads but we only ever waited one light cycle at nearby crossroads, which is what causes the traffic. A bit of TLC needed. Scuff marks on walls etc but absolutely nothing that will change the quality of your stay / vacation. Great Pool, a few cracks etc but this doesn’t impact the stay at all. Everyone has a solid wood fence around their pools. Therefore not overlooked and good privacy when swimming. The photos don’t do the villa justice. It’s much better. TV’s are all modern flat screens with streaming capabilities. Bedrooms have curtains - not just blinds as shown in the photos. Appliances are immaculate and fully functioning. We had no issues with ants. No issues with cleanliness. It was a peaceful neighbourhood. We would be more than happy to stay here again, and hope we will. Thank you

The number one thing I loved was Michael’s communication. His replies were quick but thorough. He really took the time to explain and recommend things to do, and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Secondly there’s parking literally right in front of the door which makes unloading luggage a breeze. Quiet environment, comfortable beds, the kids loved the toys 🧸. It was a 10/10 stay! :)

Lovely villa. Very private with beautiful conservation area and lake at the back. Cristian was great to deal with. Always quick with responses and very helpful.

Laura was great, very responsive to our messages and dealt with everything promptly. The villa was lovely, really clean and well presented, just as expected from the photos. We had quiet of bugs in the master bath tub, Laura assured us this is due to the season and being by the lake however, very quickly organised someone to come out and spray them the next morning and we had no more bugs the rest of our 2 weeks stay!! The pool was lovely, the kids absolutely loved it. There were already inflatables there for the pool which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the distance from the villa to Disney and universal. On average, it would take 45 minutes to get to Disney factoring in traffic. To get home late at night we would average 35 minutes with light to little traffic. Universal was averaging 1 hour to get there in the morning and about 45 minutes home at night. This meant we couldn’t “pop back to the pool” in the afternoon heat as would take 1.5-2hours of the afternoon.

Everything was great! It’s a must for every Harry Potter fan, and the cost is pretty reasonable for such a unique place to stay, what was extremely important for us is that the owner is pet friendly and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to stay with your pets, very pleasant experience

If you have a small family and plan to visit the theme parks this place is for you! it's affordable, has a great pool and is only about 15-20 min drive from the Disney parks, universal, Medieval Times and Gator Land. We loved having the kitchen and the washer/dryer for our clothes. Also at 9pm each night we can see the Disney fireworks from the elevator balcony! Make sure to check out the Dollar Tree next door for awesome deals :)

We had definitely a great stay at Diogenes’s place. Very easy to find, quiet, peaceful lake view in the back and tons of sunlight in the apartment. We spent most of our nights on the balcony. Place is awesome would definitely stay again! Thank you Diogenes !!

Had a wonderful stay! very clean, beautiful decor and very welcoming place. Love the scenery of the balcony. Host was very responsive and kind. Everything was very convenient and close to the parks. Overall, l enjoyed my stay here : )

We had a great time at this condo. We stayed for 9 days and had everything we needed. My four year old loved the toys, games, and books that were available. We appreciated all of the pool toys, noodles, and float as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and so much more. We loved being so close to the pool. You also cant get closer to Disney without staying on Disney property. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends.

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful staying at Rob and Maggie's, spotless building and apartment, close to Disney World parks, and words can no describe how well accommodated we were and felt. Thank you again to both!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the condo. The views of the lake and fireworks at night were a highlight. It was a quiet and peaceful location. Visiting Disney was only a short drive away. The hosts, Jon and Melissa were very quick to respond and provide information. We would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Orlando!
