Vintage Riverfront Cottage

The house is a 1920’s cottage situated within a private wildlife sanctuary on the edge of the West channel of the Saginaw River. It is at the beginning of the Bay City Riverwalk, which connects all parks, shops and restaurants in the city. The Riverwalk is a great place to skate, bicycle or walk to local events and to view wildlife. Even though the house has a large site, it is still in the city center. The house has a private boat dock with a canoe.

This was our third year staying on Memorial weekend! It was the most relaxing weekend I’ve had in Michigan in a long time! The back porch is my absolute favorite spot to be!! I would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10!! We will be back next year!!

Amazing corner lot with wrap around deck with charcoal grill with a smoker. I was able to catch numerous panfish and catfish. Sunset views were spectacular and enjoyed boat traffic however most did not obey no wake zone. Thank you for an amazing stay with my GSP.

The Tranquil Lake House

Wow! We booked this place for mother's Day weekend and had a wedding to go to and Saginaw. Place was beautifully appointed and the architecture and design was over the top. Traveled with two adult children and their spouses and a new baby and felt there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy and not be on top of each other. Outside, the decks and waterfront we're spectacular! Plenty of parking for four cars. Nice walkable neighborhood for a new mother/couple to push a stroller with a baby. My husband even enjoyed a nice morning walk down the peaceful/beautiful street. We enjoyed looking at all of the homes in the area. Our adult children or interested in coming back!
