I had a great trip here everything was either 3 to 10 min drive anything I needed or requested Maribel was quick to respond and accommodate. Instructions were very clear and the place looks exactly as described I felt very welcomed and hope to come again

**5 Stars – Another Wonderful Stay!** This was not my first time staying at one of Ivan’s properties in Punta Cana, and once again, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Ivan is an exceptional host—extremely professional, kind, and always accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. What truly stands out is how Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and he graciously allowed me to stay past check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait uncomfortably. That level of thoughtfulness means so much, especially when traveling. The property itself was spotless, well-equipped, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything Punta Cana has to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and grateful, and it’s all thanks to Ivan’s hospitality. I will *always* stay at Ivan’s places whenever I return to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay! Rajesh was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring from the moment I booked. Communication was always clear, and he made everything super easy and stress free. He even booked us the most amazing excursion to Saona Island. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and easygoing he was throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend!

It was very good overall, it's very hard to find where it was and how to get there. The address is confusing with other places, it's a little confusing for taxis and Uber because they don't know how to get there. It's a bit far from the beach and there's no way to get around without transportation, which is expensive in the long run. The door to go to the room is completely removed which prevented access to the room however the host came to help us very quickly. The hosts are very kind and attentive in case of a problem!

This place was amazing had a great time there. Big rooms, kitchen and sitting areas. Lovely pool in the backyard. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting in the Punta Cana area.

This place was worth the price! Lots to do within walking distance. The home was just as described. The rooftop of our penthouse was cute, intimate and cozy! Very nice to have a pool of our own and not worry about others. We had more than enough space here, the AC was amazing and quickly cooled the house each time we got back home. Private parking with security was a nice touch too. Water shutting off or turning cold was not an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

We had the most comfortable stay at Tropical Groove! Sladja was very accommodating when we ran into flight issues and needed to check in a day later than our reserved dates. She also adjusted our stay for us to stay an extra day as well with no issues! The communication was quick and she answered any questions immediately. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean with all of the amenities listed. Located close to so many things and very easy to get around. The pool was also a plus! We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you so much for making our time perfect 💗

Fantastic roomy apartment on a beautiful beach! Highly recommended. The host Ulyana was really helpful, attentive, friendly, and eager to make our vacation the most comfortable and enjoyable possible. This spacious and well decorated apartment is better than the pictures with just a short walk to the beautiful palm tree lined sandy beach. This apartment is in a safe and secure gated neighborhood adjacent some nice resorts. We had a rental car which made trips for groceries, dining, and sightseeing easy. Ulyana gave us great recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of appliances, dishes and utensils for us to prepare food there easily also. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a tropical vacation. It felt like paradise!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We were in walkable distance to resturants and bars. Our host was exceptional in meeting our needs. I would recommend others to book a stay while visiting Punta Cana.

I loved it, it's 3 blocks from the sea, there are shops on the way, it's a mini-department, it has a kitchen with a coffee maker and coffee, to prepare, it has drinking water in the room (they give us a jug), it has air conditioning, an electronic insect killer, the bathroom, they give you towels and soap. Outside the room, you can also use the namasté hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool, toilets, showers, and even if you arrive before check-in time, you can store your luggage and even have it delivered to your room before check-in. Now, if there is an extra payment for electricity consumption, it is something that is read in the Airbnb description. I would definitely return to the pink house when I return to Punta Cana.

Excellent place to stay. The balcony and the tub is really nice to chill in. If you stay here, you are bound to have a good pleasant time!
