Fantastic apartment super centrally located close to a gorgeous and fun beach and lots of fantastic restaurants. Apartment is super clean and comfortable with a nice pool. Host is incredibly helpful with recommendations and even finding 2am transportation to the airport. Highly recommend!

I would like to sincerely thank you for your kind hospitality during my recent stay at your accommodation. From the first moment, I felt very welcome. The space not only met all my expectations, but exceeded many of them. Cleanliness, tranquility, attention to detail, etc. You could tell the care with which he prepares every detail to make his guests feel at home, and that made a big difference in my experience. I want to express my deepest gratitude for having received me with such kindness, especially at an unusual time and after a complicated situation in another accommodation. After a night full of uncertainty.

It is a comfortable, easy to reach and quiet place, I would return without problems.

Stayed for 3 nights. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of the beach. 2 mins walk to the beach. Beach chairs provided on the beach. Staff were great and friendly, very responsive. I didn’t use the AC and only paid $5 for the 4 days I was there. I felt the AC never got cold so I didn’t use it after the initial try. This place is on the 4th floor so many steps and no elevator. Something to definitely consider if you have lots of luggage or don’t like stairs. Place was very clean and comfortable. There’s a water filter system in the room which was really a plus being that I drink lots of water. Bring your Yeti and Stanley to refill if you love water too. There is a bar next door that plays music all day and night. I slept with the windows open and after the first night I tuned it out. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. Will absolutely be staying here again. Great place, great value, great location, great staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Rufina's place. She was very attentive and responsive and accommodating with early check-in and later check-out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The picuzzi is a nice touch and the private beach access was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Vista Cana is definitely an amazing place. The villa is luxurious, perfect for disconnecting from the world and living an unforgettable experience. The piscuzzi is spectacular and the place is full of attractions: restaurants, artificial beaches, fishing lakes and we even play golf. ⛳️ I've been to several Airbnbs, but few like this. I'll definitely be back. Asael was an exceptional host, always attentive from the beginning to the end. Thank you for everything!

Amazing stay! The place was in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. The cozy rooftop was the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! Rajesh was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring from the moment I booked. Communication was always clear, and he made everything super easy and stress free. He even booked us the most amazing excursion to Saona Island. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and easygoing he was throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. My expectations were exceeded. Location is perfect. so close to everything you will need. Host was so helpful with any requests and very responsive. we even extended our stay because we enjoyed this place so much. 5 stars and would definitely return.

We were a group of 4 women (50+ in age) coming to enjoy a friend's birthday event. The place was centrally located near the beach with local restaurants & entertainment, all within walking distance. The property manager visited us at the unit to show his presence in the area, and was very friendly and hospitable. There's 24 hour security, which made us feel safe entering and exiting the property. There are wonderful gift shops right outside the property for souvenirs and a mini supermarket directly across from the building for last minute groceries and personal items. We would definitely stay at this property, when we come back to the Dominican Republic, Punta Cana.

I had the most incredible stay at the apartment at The Beach in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The apartment itself was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to fully relax. But the real highlight? The breathtaking lagoon/beach area —it’s honestly the most stunning and serene setting I’ve ever seen. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely magical. Every evening felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and truly beautiful escape, this place is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Tanja's place. The unit was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The property in general was excellent and close to many amenities. Tanja is an excellent host and very responsive. We will look to book this property again. 5 stars.
