A place I would definitely return to; it's very peaceful. The private pool was the best part, very clean. In this case, I went with my partner, and it was the best, all the privacy and the good moments were amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Rufina's place. She was very attentive and responsive and accommodating with early check-in and later check-out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The picuzzi is a nice touch and the private beach access was great. I would definitely stay here again.

An excellent stay in a gated community just to the south of the airport (about a 10 min drive). The property was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of areas to relax. There are a variety of great restaurants about a 5 minute walk from the property. Natalia was an excellent host; very communicative and helpful with recommendations. She made the stay feel right at home and even came to greet me as I arrived to provide information on the local area. A highly recommended stay if you are looking for a place to relax and be away from the main strip in Bavaro. I would definitely stay again!

I chose Nancy's property in Cocotal for Holy Week, dates when I prefer to spend in a peaceful, calm, and family-friendly environment, and according to her description, this would be the perfect place. Nancy describes her place in detail, and what she mentions is exactly what you'll get. It’s a safe place where peace can be felt, very comfortable and well equipped. I had never rented such a clean and sparkling space as this house; I highly recommend it, and of course, I would definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my time staying here. the pool is a amazing, the view is amazing, the beach is amazing and minutes away by walking. a lot of bars and restaurants en the area, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The plan is to return.

It is a very nice and quiet space, ideal for resting. The value for money is excellent and the host is always open to giving recommendations on tourist places. Highly recommended

We had a few small problems with the water heater but Manuel was extremely responsive and helpful and even put us in a nicer place while he fixed the water heater. He also was great at giving us recommendations for everything from food to Ubers. Great host made a great stay

Interior really neat and simple, one of my main reasons for picking. Also had a clean kept swimming pool on site and gym. Security was really helpful and friendly. Everything in the listing was what it was. Would highly recommend 😊

Lina went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and I truly appreciated her kind and thoughtful touches. Great stay right near the beach in Punta Cana. The host communication was excellent. The space itself is brand new and the swimming pool was nice. The bed was very spacious and the washer and dryer was convenient. You’re centrally located you can walk to the beach and to restaurants or get easy pick ups for tours. I would stay here again.

It is a comfortable, easy to reach and quiet place, I would return without problems.

Mike and Heidi exceeded my expectations before I even arrived. I requested to have a couple things there for me before I arrived because the travel there was long. Everything I requested was there upon arrival. The car service was great he was so helpful and helped me carry my heavy bags to the 3rd floor. Anytime I needed anything they responded so quickly. The blender broke while I was there I contacted them and they had a new one to me in less than an hour. The location is great the complex is very quite with the occasional motorcycle passing by. Poppi taxis are everywhere if you don't feel like walking all the way to the beach which isn't far at all. Papaya Tiki bar was amazing along with Cana Rosa where we spent most of our time. Go see Ana and Pedro you won't regret it. The BNB was clean and had everything that was listed, we cooked a lot and they had all the dishes you need. Washer and dryer worked great. There isn't enough stars to give them truly amazing time and experience.

Staying at Renier's place was the best introduction to Punta Cana that my family and I could have possibly had. Immediately upon arrival, he answered his phone when we had further questions about the location of the property. The place looked exactly like the pictures and that was refreshing. Along with the recommendations of how to get food delivered, Renier had water delivered 10 minutes after we got there so that we never went thirsty during our stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were close to shops, restaurants, resorts, and places to book tours. Having Renier close by also allowed for us to get to know his family and he was able to tell us a little more about the area. I 10/10 enjoyed him as a host.

We had a pleasant stay at Jesus' place. The location was a short uber ride to downtown, a 10 min walk to the beach (albeit, only 2 options for you to enjoy if youre not staying at one of the beachfront resorts). We did encounter roaches in the bathroom on 2 separate occasions during our stay, but seemed typical for the area, and the home seemed cleaned overall. Jesus was very responsável, friendly and helpful. The price was fair and overall would recommend! Thanks Jesus!

Really enjoyed the accommodations! As pictured. Balcony faces the pool area. Beach is about a 2 min walk right on property. It does state private, but we know how it goes...just tell the locals no and they move on. The public area is right next to it. I would choose this place again. No need to pay for an all-inclusive resort when food/drinks are within walking distance.

Hetver’s place was amazing and perfect for us! He was very responsive with requests and assistance with everything. His place was very nice and newly remodeled. The place fit our needs. It has a beautiful swimming pool as well and is close to everything else around!

From start to finish, this stay was nothing short of exceptional. Two things that truly stood out: the breathtaking view from the balcony—which is genuinely unmatched—and our incredible host, Olga. She is, without question, the best Airbnb host I’ve ever encountered. Incredibly warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful, Olga went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, offering fantastic local recommendations and resolving any issues immediately. The restaurants at the fishing lodge were absolutely sublime, with food and service that exceeded expectations. We visited during the off-season, which made for an incredibly peaceful and serene experience—perfect if you're looking to unwind. We practically had the beach and pool to ourselves! One tip for future guests: consider renting a car or buggy to get around Cap Cana, as many restaurants and activities are spread out. That said, this property is an absolute gem. If you're thinking about visiting Cap Cana, don't hesitate.
