Lugar encantador, la pasamos increíble con mi familia, practicante al frente de la playa. La infraestructura está bien cuidada, confort en espacio, y con todo lo necesario incluso para parrilla. Agradecimiento especial para Virgilio que nos asistió estupendamente bien, atento y considerado en hacer una estadía placentera! , experiencia inolvidable , definitivamente volveríamos ! Este apartamento es excelente. Es amplio comodo con diseño muy buena ubicacion a 200 m reales de la playa. El supermercado a 10 minutos facilitan la estadía en familia. La piscina es muy buena tambien. Todo tal cual las fotos. La ropa de cama y blanqueria excelentes. Disfrutamos muchisimo esta vacacion.

De woning van Alex is fantastisch! Hele grote ruime woning waarin wij met de familie zijn verbleven. Heel leuk is ook het aangrenzende resort waar je met een dagoas gebruik kunt maken van alle faciliteiten. De ontvangst was ook heel goed! Alles werd persoonlijk uitgelegd.

En general nos gustó mucho, la ubicación y el condominio fue lo que más nos gustó. Un lugar muy tranquilo, lindos jardines, piscina y vista al mar, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. Buena comunicación y disponibilidad del anfitrión.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Pricillas apartment for 2 month during the winter 2016. The apartment is located in a very nice neigborhood and right by the beach. The apartment is wunderful, its very modern and has all the things you need for a long time stay. There is a big pool, gym and laudry room. Pricilla was an awesome host. She offerts to get us taxis, recomended restaurants and nightclubs. If we ever had any questions or such she helped us immidiatly. During our stay we mostly stayed in Punta cana so this was a perfect home away from home for us. We are looking forward to come back here one day in the future. We definately recomended it.

Напротив апартаментов 2 бассейна, бирюзовый океан и ресторан на берегу. Территория очень безопасная. В 5 минутах езды вы найдёте другие прекрасные рестораны La Palapa, Aura и Dolce Italia. Также на территории Капканы самая большая конюшня во всей Латинской Америке Los Establos, а в пешей доступности от апартаментов голубое озеро. Вы можете взять в аренду велосипеды, гольфкар или автомобиль чтобы исследовать Капкану. Мы провели здесь 3 прекрасных месяца, в апартаментах есть все необходимое и даже больше. Плотные шторы позволяли крепко спать. Эвелин и Келли всегда были на связи, они очень дружелюбны и гостеприимны, к ним хочется вернуться. Келли и Эвелин были к нам так добры, всегда спрашивали нужно ли нам что-то или нужна помощь. Они очень помогала нам по различным вопросам. Мы очень рекомендуем апартаменты Эвелин, и непременно вернёмся снова весной! Спасибо Эвелин и Келли за гостеприимство! Evelyn's apartment is beautiful, it is one of the best apartments in all of Aquamarine. 💗 Beautiful view of the Marina, very quiet and romantic. Opposite the apartment there are 2 swimming pools, a beautiful ocean and a restaurant on the shore. The territory is very safe. Within a 5-minute drive you will find other fine restaurants La Palapa, Aura and Dolce Italia. Also on Capcana is the largest stable in all of Latin America, Los Establos, and within walking distance from the Blue Lake apartments. You can rent bicycles, a golf cart or a car to explore Capcana. We had 3 wonderful months here, the apartment has everything you need and even more. The thick curtains made it possible to sleep soundly. Evelyn and Kelly very friendly and hospitable, we want to return to them. Kelly and Evelyn were so kind to us, always asking if we needed something or needed help. They helped us a lot on various issues. We highly recommend Evelyn's apartment, and we will definitely return again in the spring! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful private villa during our family trip. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennie was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful recommendations and making sure we felt right at home. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together as a family, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. The host was very responsive and accommodating. If we had any minor issues they resolved them quickly. The location was good because you can easily walk to the grocery store coffee stand or the bus station. We could tell that the host takes pride in making their guests feel comfortable. Thank you for the great stay.

Amazing stay, super quiet and completely safe. Cynthia's condo is big and comfortable and has everything you need. I stayed as a single woman and walked the whole neighborhood with zero problems. 10 - 15 minutes walk to main beach and restaurants. Excellent location and easy check in. Cynthia is the best! It feels like your own private resort!!

This place was excellent for my family and I! It’s in a chill area with lots to do walking distance! It’s also super close to the beach and access to the beach club! Definitely would recommend

Ce fut un long séjour et très agréable , assez spacieux pour deux personnes dans un environnement très paisible .pour améliorer le confort il reste uniquement à remplacer le matelas principal. L hôte Yvan est très aidant et disponible pour ses clients , il a aussi plusieurs autres logements locatifs à Punta cana et ses environs

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

O apartamento é exatamente conforme o anúncio. Me hospedei por 3 dias com minha esposa e meu filho de 12 anos. O condomínio é muito bem localizado, limpo e seguro. Fica bem pertinho de uma praia privada paradisíaca que vale muito a pena. Patrick nos atendeu super bem e foi muito cordial. Como sou Brasileiro senti falta apenas de uma churrasqueira na varanda do apartamento. Com certeza vou voltar, pois o local é maravilhoso!

The best place to stay if you’re in Marina Capa Cana, Punta Cana. It feels home completely. There is no amenity your mind can think of during your stay which is not there at Pablo’s place ( all in great working condition). Pablo was super responsive and was very flexible with the checkin checkout process. Checkin instructions were very clean clear and smooth. The view from balcony was great. Mostly if you’re looking for a Self time and private time this is the place. Beautiful Clean quiet place. There are convenience store around and you get everything there (except vegetables). There’s this Foodelise app from which you can order food. Recommendations: Dolce Italia is really good! Peach Martini is a must try. Pablo’s place is 15 min from airport. Safety: We didn’t went out much at night but however whatever we did, it was safe. The apartment is completely safe. There’s this camera at the entrance which makes you feel super safe. We even extended our stay! 5k Stars to Pablo (:

I visited with my friends for my birthday. Helena was very helpful and always responded right away. As everyone else has said the star of the show is MaryBelle. She was AMAZING. We bought all our own groceries and she always had breakfast waiting for us when waking up. We would leave for the day and the house would be cleaned and beds made. Beach towels were always cleaned and laundered for us. I have not stopped raving about this trip. I would 100% come back and stay here again. We rented the golf cart which was helpful to get around different parts of the resort. There’s a beach walking distant. My group and I have 0 complaints about the house. Highly recommend! Helena also gave recommendations before arriving on where to eat and visit. We will be back!

the villa provided by Binca and managed by Veruska was beautiful to stay in for the week, inside the villa complex were nice and tidy roads and great views of the golf course and greenery in the area. Binca was very helpful in booking excursions at short notice and we had regular contact with the manager Veruska during our stay which was pleasant and relaxing throughout! really made it enjoyable in an unfamiliar location and with my group not being fluent in the local language, helped us avoid a lot of hassle with travel and places to visit.

We had a great time at playa turquesa N401. The condo was very spacious and fit our group of 8 perfectly. The pool and grounds were well maintained and we felt very safe. Julie and Caran were very helpful throughout the stay and offered great recommendation and assistance with bookings. We hope to return!
