Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Baunei

We had a great familyholiday! The beach is close by (3min walk) and beautiful! The house has everything someone would need, it‘s clean and comfy. the contact with the owner is quick and easy! we would love to come again, it was perfect!

I can highly recommend it. The place is very nicely located, especially the view of the sea is fantastic. We had a lovely time at Gino's, who is very helpful and accommodating. We also noticed the very well-kept garden. Only the unpaved road to the accommodation was probably affected by the rain. Nevertheless, it was no problem even for our small rental car (Fiat Panda) to drive on it. So, you don't have to worry about it! If we are looking for a place to stay in the area again, we would definitely come back :)

Nice host and great place to stay.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

It was all wonderful. We had Manuela as a host, who was very nice and helpful. And always available for questions! The location is great! No tourist corner but many private houses around it. The view of the mountains: simply beautiful. We are flying home today, happy and without a care in the world.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

Everything as described! Ilenia is a nice and helpful hostess. The kitchen is well equipped, Wi-Fi works great. The location is ideal to explore the area - hiking in the mountains, visiting Nuraghen and Domus de Janas, Cala Goloritze...recommended!

For us it is just the perfect location in spring time Sardegna. Quiet location in the middle of a big Olive Garden. Beautiful surroundings and still all the amenities you need.

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

we were 7 in the apartment, one of us took the sofa in the entrance. the apartment is well equipped and it is very convenient to have 2 bathrooms. all in all we had a good stay. the only important thing to know is that when the weather is cold (15 grad) and a bit rainy, the apartment is quite humid. the gas to heat the apartment comes in extra cost so that we decided to use it only when we did the laundry so that the clothes could dry. the communication with all4sardinia is super smooth :-)

Ivo's accommodation perfectly matches the description and the sea view from the terrace is soothing. If you have the courage to get up early you will enjoy a magnificent sunrise. Ivo is very welcoming and will give you plenty of info on the restaurants, he told me about a beautiful hiking trail, and a beautiful quiet beach is 5 min from the house by car.

Great place to stay, a little outdated but super charming. Especially the outdoor area in front of the house has invited us to linger. There are two air conditioning facilities that can easily cool the whole house. Only the water in the house was only cold available. Outdoor shower was also warm. Unfortunately, the price was a bit high for the low season in September. 800€ for 6 days was significantly too expensive. Thanks for the great stay.

Very great stay with a very nice host! No hidden costs and good services! The house is clean and close to the main street of Tertenia. It is important to note that you share the front porch/parking space with another rented appartment and that the street leading to it is narrow and difficult for a car to drive in.

We stayed at Matteo's place for one night. The apartment matches the pictures and was impeccably clean. Likewise, everything you could ever need was on site. We think the location of the apartment is great, as you are quickly on foot on the promenade/sea/ harbor, etc. Matteo was very accommodating and already gave us some great tips for the area before check-in as well as very great restaurants. The accommodation is extremely gorgeous with beautiful views! It’s very private and remote from bigger cities, so to discover the island and its beaches a car is needed. The rooms, such as bathroom and kitchen were clean and well organised. With the windows open at night and the ventilation on, the rooms were chill. The host of the vintage bungalow is very polite and kind, he also respond fast to questions! I would totally recommend this hostel, to people who loves and enjoys a calm and peaceful atmosphere! The beach can be reached very well and the accommodation includes sun umbrellas! In the morning or evening a cat family often visits the veranda. The cats are very friendly to people. The property is green and also includes much space to park a car. There is also an opportunity to grill food. A 10/10 Stay in the beautiful region of sardegna.

Very nice large apartment with a great terrace in a quiet residential area…. we spent almost two weeks here… it was just great. The house is quite new and the apartment is functional and nicely furnished. Everything was extremely clean. Communication with the host worked very well. The location of the apartment is very good, quiet and relatively close to the center. Everything worked out. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Perfect location! The almost private beach just across the street, the local beaches a walking distance away.

Marco gave us all the information we needed for self check-in and he also added several recommendations for activities and restaurants (delicious) nearby. The place was clean, equipped and there was air conditioning! Very useful for a holiday in August:) I would highly recommend this listing if you would like to explore the Baunei coast and others.

The host is very quick to respond, can communicate in English, the location of the house is very good, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, and there is a large supermarket on the road.The house is also very clean and tidy. We spent four nights in the accommodation and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. Gian Franca is from the sweetest persons I have ever met. She was always attentive and caring and always paying attention to if we need anything. She prepared the flat impeccably. It was a pleasure to stay at her place. Super mountain view, and quiet place. Next to one of the main streets of the Village. I felt I was at my own place in Portugal! Warm regares to the family!

Laura was very kind and the apartment was exactly as described and seen in the photo. Very clean, cared for in every detail and super equipped with a dishwasher, air conditioning and a place to spread out! Kitchen is super equipped! A great stay! It was like being at home. If I go back to the area, I'll definitely consider it!
