Stella and Aleksandra are very professional. This is my second stay with them this year being the hosts and the high standards from the first stay were maintained. They are effecient and effective dealing with issues effectively with no fuss.

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Great room! Spacious, modern, sea right across the street. The view is amazing! You can see the mountains, the sea, and the skyscrapers. I had a great rest - I'll come again!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Lovely view apartment in the very center of Batumi. The apartment had everything you need for a short stay. No complaints about cleanliness. The host is friendly and responsive, answered all questions instantly. The only thing that does not depend on the landlord is a fairly cold apartment in cold weather. But in this case, the apartment has air conditioning and a heater. We had enough (a few days it was quite cold at night +6/8). 🫶

We loved this house! It is close to all the amenities, to the grocery store, to the boardwalk and kids’ parks, yet it is extremely private with lots of room for the kids to play inside and outside in the yard and to have intimate family dinners outside. Our family of 8 (mom, dad, 4 children and grandparents) had more than enough room. The best part of the stay though was our warm, helpful and welcoming hostess. We are so thankful to have found this place and will forever cherish precious family memories made here.

Lovely apartment with an amazing host 👌🏻 The location is great between the new and old Batumi, all the sights are within a walking distance. Host is available and allowed us to wait for our flight in the apartment. The size of the apartment is impressive, huge bedrooms and high ceilings, good quality furniture. Inga and Beso were very nice and kind hosts. If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

I had a wonderful stay at [Host's Name]'s place. The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. The decor was charming and everything was well-maintained, making it feel very welcoming and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the sea, just 3 min walk, shops and markets nearby. Svetlana was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, providing clear instructions and quick answers to any questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant accommodation. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

It was my first time booking with Airbnb and I had a wonderful stay at Pavel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is especially perfect for a relaxing visit. And I also want to highlight Pavel’s communication. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how attentive and welcoming he was. He is definitely the SUPER HOST!! Highly recommend staying here! It’s my motivation to come back to Batumi again and again ❤️

Great, clean and very cozy apartment. There is everything you need to live like home. There is a private residential area with a swimming pool and a children's playground. There is also a secure parking space for cars.
