We were lucky to find this wonderful apartment! Traveled with two families: four adults and three kids. Everyone is perfectly accommodated, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the center is also a 15-minute walk! The apartment itself is very beautiful, equipped with taste and soul! A large kitchen - a dining room, a large balcony - a godsend, we spent evenings here! Many thanks to the friendly hosts! We'll come again!

Nice place for a short holiday. The place is very similar to what Andrey describes. The most challenging part might me the lifts - they can get very busy sometimes. Parking in the streets around is free (but not everywhere), even though sometimes chaotic and not always easy to find.

Excellent view, immaculate accommodation offered. The host is interested and informed in advance. Location place is nice.

A newly renovated apartment with a very spacious and comfortable kitchen, comfortable beds, a good terrace to relax and enjoy the old Batumi and its charm. It is on the 4th floor with an elevator. Very good location. There is a supermarket on the building's ground floor. The apartment was very clean. Owner Lina was always on hand and willing to help if necessary.

It's a great apartment very nice very clean and the location is perfect in the middle of every important place. The host was really helpful and easy to check in and out.

Beautiful house with plenty of character in a quiet location. I loved the different rooms with well stocked kitchen (bonus points for having a teapot!), spacious bathroom and big, comfortable bed in the bedroom. There was a bit of confusion upon getting in through the gate, but other than that I enjoyed my stay!

Everything went great, very kind hosts Met us from the airport and helped us get to the house. The houses are cozy, clean, there is a lot of greenery, a pleasant garden. The location is great. The place is suitable for a large group, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and friendly! We had a lovely chat and had a great time.

I had a great time in Batumi, thanks to Madona. She’s incredibly helpful and friendly. The room is spotless and fully equipped, more than you could ask for. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to Europe Square. Check-in and check-out are effortless, she is always there to help!

The apartment was simply great – beautifully furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee - a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

I am staying withe friends and we r total 4 couple and 3 adults child , her house is 20 km far from Batumi city , the city name is chakavi, if u enjoy your holiday with your friends to perfect place to stay if u enjoy night clubs and some like that then u stay in Batumi city , if u have car so must u stay in this house its front of beach , beach is only 10 to 15 minutes by walk , we r enjoy our stay ,

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

Maka was very welcoming and helpful. The airbnb is spacious, confortable and is in perfect location in the center of the old town of Batumi, with tons of beautiful sights around, great cafes, restaurants, bars, and the beach. I highly recommend for your stay in Batumi

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

It is a very good apartment, clean and tidy. There is a large space in the living room. The sea view is also beautiful. The fact that the bedroom has a balcony is also a big benefit. Thanks.

the vacation was at the highest level. Lovely location of the apartment, in the center of Old Batumi, great atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance. I stayed with children, it was comfortable. The apartment is clean and good.

Large apartment, comfortable and clean. A very kind,flexible, and available host. In the vicinity, grocery stores and restaurants are abundant. About 15 minutes walk to the beach. 1 minute from the cable car. Clean and equipped apartment. There is an air conditioner in the living room that also comes to the rooms if the doors are not closed. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, (for those who are disturbing). There are two small balconies and a big rooftop terrace. We stayed 8 days ,enjoyed the surroundings and the apartment. The host is very kind, picked us up at a train station, confirmed to vacate the apartment late and also offered to take us to the train. Highly recommended.
