Снимала жилье для мамы и свекрови. Все прошло супер, остались довольны. Из окна видно очень красивые закаты. Кристина быстро отвечает и готова помочь во всех ситуациях.

Nako was always helpful and kind whenever I had any questions. I visited for a month or so and because the flat had everything, I could continue in my routine as I would in my own home. The view from balcony is beautiful, there is everything available around the house:). Would defo recommend! 🎀🌸

Мы провели замечательное время в апартаментах в Dreamland Oasis в Чакви! Приезжали семьёй и останавливались в двухкомнатной квартире — всё было идеально. Апартаменты чистые, просторные, светлые и полностью соответствуют описанию. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха, чувствуется забота о гостях. Территория комплекса — отдельное удовольствие: зелёная, ухоженная, с отличной инфраструктурой. Особенно порадовали бассейны — прекрасно подходит как для взрослых, так и для детей. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке — очень приятная, внимательная и всегда на связи. Общение было лёгким и приятным, чувствовали себя как дома. Смело рекомендуем это место и с радостью приедем снова!

3ヶ月滞在しました。nanaさんは返答が早くて、柔軟な対応をしてくれて良かったです。 部屋は静かで、アメニティも不足なく問題無し。室内には素敵な絵画が飾ってあります。近くにGrand MallやWill Martがありとても便利。ロケーションは最高で全体的にコスパが良くおすすめです。インターネット代、電気代はホストの銀行口座に送金します。

Большое спасибо Михаилу - очень отзывчивый хозяин, все заявленное в описании - в наличие, в рабочем состоянии. Михаил всегда был на связи, оперативно решал все вопросы, связанные с различными нюансами. В Орби присутствует проблема с лифтами, надо немного попроще к ней относится и приспосабливаться к различным вариантам. Они есть! Проживание и хозяина рекомендую! Спасибо 🙏

Аккуратные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Внутри идеальная чистота. Есть вся посуда. В доме запрещено курить и это прекрасно😍 Всё соответствует фотографиям. Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

girişte binanın teknik bir sorunu oluştuğundan. bir müddet sorun yaşadık fakat emma yardım sağladı ve problem çözüldü. ev gayet temiz ve anlatıldığı gibi biz 2 çocuğumuzla birlikte rahat kalabildik. tek sıkıntı olarak söyleyebileceğim çok kalabalık bir nüfusu barındıran bçnada çalışmayan bir kaç asansörden dolayı çalışan asansörlerde kuyruk olabiliyor. onun dışında gayet iyi.

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Очень уютная квартира. Постельное белье, полотенца, как в лучших отелях. В Батуми очень сложно найти жилье, соответствующее всем параметрам. Но квартира Дали соответствует всем стандартам. Сама хозяйка очень приятная женщина. При заселении поставила цветы в вазу, диффузоры для приятного запаха. Мы отлично провели время в её квартире со своей семьей.

Melkon est un très bon propriétaire, très réactif durant les 3 mois que j'ai passé dans son appartement. Il as toujours fait en sorte de répondre le plus rapidement possible à mes attentes. Le studio est beau et fonctionnel. Seul petit défaut, l'insonorisation du bâtiment laisse à désirer, à prendre des boul quies donc.

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.

Great large 1 bedroom (1+1) apartment on 1st line to sea, with great view from large balcony both to sea and beautiful mountains. Fast internet, 2 large TV, everything else you'd need for comfortable life - kitchen, 2 refrigerators, coffee machine, iron, etc. Great host, very friendly and very responsive, immediately meet all my requests. I liked this place very much and very strongly recommend it.
