Served by a frequent bus service or a delightful 40 minute walk along the Kennet and Avon Canal into the city centre. Local pubs/restaurants, barge cafe next to the canal and River Avon, within 10mins walking distance from the house. Doctors surgery, pharmacy, deli/cafe and shop, providing basic provisions, 5 min walk from the house.

Charming cottage in the country just outside Bath

Ivy Cottage is a cosy old farmers cottage full of character dating back to the 18th century but with a modern level of comfort! Batheaston village has a couple of pubs, shops, eateries etc and is a pleasant 45 minute walk / 10 minute drive from Bath city (or buses every 15 minutes). There are lovely local walks, bike rides and water activities such as SUP. The garden gets a lot of sun and is pleasant to sit out in on a summers evening.
