The place is perfect for big family stays! It offers great amenities and a beautiful, peaceful environment. The owner is very attentive and proactive with helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. We had no issues throughout our entire stay — everything was smooth and enjoyable. Lyn is a great host with a wonderful location in Pontefino residences. The area is centrally located but private with entry gates, so you feel safe and secure at every time. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground just 30 meters away. The streets aren’t busy so you can just walk on the streets. The houses with its colourful paintings are super nice. With just a short walk or drive you are at SM Mall with lots of shopping and dinner 800 meters). A special thanks goes to Joan to administer everything, support and taking care of everything and helped us a lot at anytime. We definitely recommend this place for a stay in Batangas and would book again.

Lamberto's Place is a charming accommodation with excellent parking facilities and a serene environment. The kitchen and living area are beautifully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The room was very neat, homey, and worth the price! I rented the room for a month, and the host was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. You’ve got everything you could need, from TV with Netflix to the co-working space (which is very handy if you’re to rent the place for work/school). The place is also a 3 to 5-minute walk from the main road if you travel via commuting. Overall, I had a great stay and experience at the place!

Giezel, was the perfect host, she went above and beyond and I would recommend her accomodation whenever your in Lipa City. We loved staying at her place and we can’t wait til we come back and stay again.

Host and care taker Ms Lorna were very accommodating I just had a little problem with check-in but it was sorted out

Our stay at Disa’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Disa was an amazing host, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Batangas City. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall experience was great. Good thing we were early reaching the vicinity because the Maps directions were not accurate. The location pinned was correct but the road leading to the location was on the other side. The place itself is as how you have seen in their posts. Our family had a great time staying at enrico's. Place is great, feels like home everything is great. its just that the care taker didn't replace the pool water, it's kind a dirty..

Good location especially after spending your day at Enchanted Kingdom where you wanted to rest asap! haha! You can also see the fireworks from her place. Aileen is very responsive and helpful with our concerns. We didn't have a hard time communicating. :)

Overall the place is very worth the price and the host is extremely accommodating and responds very quickly and politely with all of our inquiries. Really had a wonderful experience with this place. :) The host provided a very detailed check in guidelines which should already help you out with your initial queries including how to get to the place and how to get in with the unit. Additionally, I wanted to commend Ms Lenn for being truthful. She could have hidden the fact about the announcement of possible power interruption in the place to keep the paid booking but she chose to be transparent and honest about it with us. She also even offer a free extension of stay for any inconvenience a power outage may cause us. Luckily, there were no actual power outage during our stay. Still, we truly appreciate how kind and honest Ms Lenn is. The actual place is very spacious, even the whole neighborhood is so big and quiet as well. Really great place and affordable too! Thanks for having us!

Great place to stay if you're itching for a beach road trip with friends. Beach was walkable from the place and had a chill atmosphere. House itself had complete amenities for a cookout - grill, oven, rice cooker, induction stove and complete kitchen/dining necessities. Bedrooms were spacious and clean for my barkada of 6. 1st floor is perfect if you're hosting an inuman/game night with friends. Overall, would recommend as the place is private, quiet and exclusive while being close to a beach but not too far from Metro Manila.
