Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Batangas City

we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

If you're looking for a "first class" overall experience & value for money, this is it! It can't get any better than what Michael and Maria is providing. Sure we had a minor glitch with parking and the walk to their place but when we got there...we completely forgot about it! Hosts are honest, generous (free use of kiaks hello :), exceptionally clean, has good taste (I love it!), responsive, and were very meticulous which helps a lot esp for out-of-town tourists like us. Expect everything there is in the island life. Snorkelling, island hopping, or just watching the sunset with a school of fish under your feet are some of the experiences that's worth every centavo! Don't just stay for a day or two - stay longer! It's super worth it. Whatever they promise-they give. And that, my peeps, is hard to find these days. :) This place, experience, and everything else...it's one for the books! Michael, Maria and their caretakers did a superb job hosting us! Highly recommended! 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

We had a great time with the family at Cedara Home, there’s much to do, we enjoyed the videoke, kids were playing video games while all the rest are having fun at the pool. Complete kitchen needs were provided and the house was so clean and has a charm of its own. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and relatives.

The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with dining and kitchen necessities and the location was perfect for a family get away . The host and the caretaker of the property was extremely helpful and responsive providing local tips and making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable, thanks K Lebrix and Juvy 😊. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and would highly recommend this place! We’ll definitely be coming back and next time hopefully longer stay 🥰

I had a wonderful stay at Oasis - Serene. The place was exactly as described – clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Basic bathroom and kitchen essentials were thoughtfully provided, and there were complimentary snacks and coffee too. The guards at the property were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel safe and welcomed right from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was a seamless experience I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay with great hospitality!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Myrna’s place! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Myrna went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—she even provided complimentary drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail really made our stay special. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. Thank you so much, Myrna! Everything was perfect. Amy is a great host. She helped us with our transportation arrangements as well as local knowledge and diving. The unit was very nice and private. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

Ang ganda at ang cozy ng vibes inside the unit, ang bait & friendly ng staff very accommodating nag karon lang ng onting hassle sa lobby due to unexpected meeting daw at hindi alam ng host kaya natagalan kami. All in all it exceed our expectation thank you so much.👌🙂

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

We came back for another stay — this time, we booked two of their villa properties, one for our small family and the other for my husband’s side of the family. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and fun getaway together! Each villa was spacious and well-equipped, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living and dining areas, and a private pool. We loved having the extra space to unwind, and the girls especially enjoyed splashing around in the pool. The villas were clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The peaceful surroundings were such a refreshing escape from the city. Just a heads-up though — since you're close to nature, expect quite a few insects. Bringing insect repellent definitely helps! As always, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Despite the calm and quiet setting, you still have city conveniences nearby like SM Lipa and Grab delivery. It’s definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

The apartment felt like a home away from home. The place has a beautiful and calming energy. The view of Tagatay is uninterrupted. It’s located a short walk from malls and supermarkets and everything you need. We would have stayed longer as we loved exploring Tagatay. Our host was very helpful and communication was prompt. Would recommend this as a great place to stay. And thank you to our host.

Booked Ms. Katrina’s unit just a day before the start of a conference we had to attend nearby. Everything was exactly as described. The view was really awesome! Ms. Katrina and Sir Nilo were so nice and helpful. Thank you so much!

Although, we had trouble finding groceries or outdoor restos of our preference, the space was our best accomodation yet, and ate Melai was really helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the pay!

The place was great and it did gave us the privacy and peace we needed. I am actually impressed on how clean the place is when we arrived. Its proximity to the attractions/destinations is also commendable. Most of all, the owner provided very clear instructions that we just had short exchange of chats twice and one of those was me asking for a change in schedule lol 😆. We’ve always liked Serin due to its proximity to great places in Tagaytay. Paolo is a great host, he corresponds in a concise but still very amiable. Very timely responses too. He welcomed us personally and helped us get settled. His place is just in front of the lift which we really appreciate, very accessible. Also the parking spot is a few steps away from the lobby lift. His place is impeccable and uncluttered. We have everything we needed and we felt right at home and comfortable. The floor where the unit is also very quiet, with very little foot traffic. Water pressure is great and water heater is sufficient. No issues with the appliances and furniture. We loved the balcony, has a good view of the lake. A bit of the morning sun but not that bad with the cool weather. Lots of walkable places to eat and hangout. Would love to be back here!!!

We love Erin's place! Super clean.. super aesthetic.. and super comfy.. the view of Taal was just superb! We work from home, so having strong and stable WiFi was important. Erin had everything we needed and more. This was an early birthday celebration and we were surprised to have birthday decorations upon entering the room. Super thoughtful! Also, Erin was very accommodating. Thank you for turning our stressful week into a relaxing one.. also one that we will never forget!
