Beach house holiday rentals in Batangas City

Carol is very easy to deal with and the resort has complete amenties. The caretaker, Ate Susan, was also responsive and pleasant all throughout our stay. Even if the resort is described aa cozy, it doesn't feel cramped for a party of 16. Thumbs up, Carol! Your place is a good choice in the area 😀

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

I have had a great experience staying at Amy's house. The place is quiet as its located inside a small street. the place is clean. Amy also organised a pick up service and greeted us in person us even though we had a late check in. Most importantly, Amy is an honest person, she literally saved my life by preventing me from doing scuba diving as she just realised my flight was scheduled at the same day as the day i am going to do a scuba diving and if i did dive on that day i couldve died due to low cabin pressure on the flight back to sydney. thank you Amy, i really appreciate what youve done and cant recommend Amy's place enough. Guys dont even think about it, just book this place now!

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Great spot for a Christmas getaway! Spent the Christmas Eve here with my family, and it was a cozy and relaxing stay. The veranda has stunning views—perfect for enjoying coffee and an al-fresco dinner. Got lost heading to the place due to Waze glitch but host was helpful enough to lead us to the right direction. The stairs can be a bit challenging because of the rain but it’s part of the charm! So worth it when we reached the house. A great place to unwind, especially for some quiet family time. Would love to come back again!

We had a great stay. Ma'am Mary Ann and Kuya Abet were very nice and hands on. The kids loved swimming and lounging by the pool. The place was squeaky clean and looked exactly the as the pictures and more. The sunset view is the best. PS Thank you for the free Turon and scuba diving lessons.

Christianne's and Susan (caretaker) are both SUPER HOST! If you are looking for a peaceful place and very private in Batangas/South, this is the PLACE. Great for family and friends space with an amazing view of the Batangas/Balayan Bay and overlooking the mountain range of Mindoro/Puerto Galera. Suggestion though, before you come, pass by the Mabini public market for some food shopping (meat/veg/seafood) if you are planning for big meals, if not, there's a grocery store close by and some Talipapa (small meat/seafood shops) along the way. Do i come back? 100% SURE!!!! Enjoy your stay!

Great host and place! Maam Chay was very proactive and responsive to our needs. Sir Rudy went the extra mile and offered his assistance from securing a floating cottage for us, to bringing us back to and from the house then beach and up to helping us get a contact to order freshly caught shrimp and tilapia. The hosts were truly commendable. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile! 💕

Our family had an exceptional stay and it was truly our favorite outing! What made our experience even better, aside from the amenities, was the outstanding staff. We were a large group of 28, and they were incredibly helpful with everything, including food, cleanliness, and assistance. Although our trip was short, just three days and two nights, we managed to make the most of the facilities. Everything was so wonderful that everyone wished they could extend their stay. A huge thank you to Bernardo for making our trip memorable! My grandfather had a full-circle moment with him, which added to the joy of our visit. :)

Place was just as described! Hosts were very responsive and proactive. Ate Maymay and kuya Bert - the caretakers - were always ready to help and assist. Too bad we couldn't maximize our stay since we had to leave early the next day, so hopefully we could come back. Highly recommended even for big groups of up to 20!

Our onenight stay at The Cove House was absolutely incredible and left us wishing we could have stayed longer! And Ms. Shine was wonderfully accommodating, making the entire booking and checkin process seamless and pleasant. We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

The place was literally good for a big group of people and has its own beachfront spot to chill. Staff are very welcoming and Lyza was also very considerate. We had a great time during our stay!

Very accommodating po ang caretaker and ang bilis po nya mag respond if may need ang guests. The place itself is cozy. They even have free use of camping chair tonuse for the beach. Sa uulitin🤗 will be recommended

Our family had a wonderful overnight stay at Lilo's. The place was nice and very clean with complete amenities. It was actually better than the pictures. The host, Juliana, was very responsive and the caretakers, Susan and Jacqueline, were friendly and readily provided assistance. The beach, with it's clear water was just a few steps away. Can't say enough nice things - huge house overlooking the ocean with an on site caretaker who helped us as needed. Who would want to stay at a dive resort when you can have an entire house with two levels of views, kitchen and AC! Will visit again!
