Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. Many of our guests tell us they wished they’d had more time to just unplug, right here on the property.

We share 10 acres of Coarsegold Creek w/wildlife galore. Yosemite entrance is a 54 min drive, 50 more min to the valley floor. It is a 3 minute walk down to lake from the cabin. Kayaks, paddleboard and paddleboat provided for family fun. Horseshoes, Table Tennis, Foosball, Pac Man and much more. Off Street Parking for 5 Vehicles, DSL Internet, Wireless Printer Satellite TV with DVR. Close to Yosemite. Great place for hiking, fishing, exploring and relaxing.

Yosemite is about 45 minutes to an hour away! Bass Lake is fresh and full by end of March, and when 4th of July comes around you'll have a view of the firework show on the deck.

We are just steps to our community boat dock with dedicated boat slip and swim platforms. Our sheltered swim cove has a beach just 4 houses down. Take a short walk around the cove to Miller's Landing Resort for a bite to eat or a cold treat. Enjoy an evening fire inside or at the fire pit on the patio. Very quiet private neighborhood.

Art Studio on Nelder Creek

Only 13 miles from the south gate of Yosemite, this beautiful creek side home with a waterfall was once the original art studio home of a well known Yosemite Landscape Artist. Enjoy the openness of the 16 foot ceilings. High Windows flood the main room and bedrooms with light. Sleep to the soothing sound of Nelder creek (just off the deck). The creek which runs year round includes several tributaries, islands and a waterfall.
