Holiday rentals with a pool in Basak

it was a beautiful stay again here I already have my new place once I am returning back to Cebu for the price the Appartement is really nice thank you again

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

従業員の方は全員丁寧で優しく、柔軟に対応してくれました。部屋はとても綺麗で、水回り等も問題なく使えました。 タオルも必要な分を申請するとその都度もらうことができ、ツアーでタオルが余分に欲しい時もすぐに対応してくれました。 また毎日水も無料で補充してくれたので、水の心配も要りませんでした。 とにかく大満足な旅行になったのはこのエアビのおかげです。 本当にありがとうございました。

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

Our experience at Tambuli Seaside Resort in Lapu-Lapu City was absolutely incredible. The property is stunning, with a truly breathtaking ocean view that made every morning feel like a dream. The entire resort was spotless—immaculately clean and peacefully quiet, providing the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We’ve stayed in a few places around Cebu, but this one easily stands out as our favorite. From now on, this is the only place we’ll stay when visiting the area. The on-site restaurants were outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options that exceeded expectations. Beach access was excellent, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy around the resort, whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful, relaxing, and well-rounded getaway in Cebu.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

The space was clean and well kept. We had a great time with a large group stay with room for more. Ayala mall is 5 mins walk, easy access with good restaurants and shopping.We would gladly book again. Thank you again!
