The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

the house is absolutely stunning 😍 we love it and would definitely come back again. only thing is we are 7pax but they only have I think 2 or 3 plates,not enough mugs and only 1 cup for the water. but she explained to me what happened other customer take things home with them which is absolutely disgusting not the owner fault. I absolutely recommend this place to stay with your family. ❤️

A clean and tidy accommodation. It is located close to the downtown area. There is a 24-hour water vending machine on the first floor of the accommodation, and there is also a small mart, making it convenient to purchase daily necessities. The friendly and kind host👍👍 provides quick responses.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

From start to finish, this Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). Every detail had clearly been thought through—from the comfy bed and fluffy towels to the fully stocked kitchen and local recommendations. The neighborhood was safe and charming, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. We had a very cozy stay at Paul Vincent’s place. We really like the unit. It was convenient, accessible and spacious enough for the 9 of us. The overall ambiance and amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended👍👍

The view was fantastic! Host communicates well and attended to our needs. The TV, sound system, and wifi was great as well. Kitchen was well equipped. CR was clean. Recommended place for private events.

We stayed here for a month and had a great experience. The home is located in a quiet local neighborhood and, while smaller than expected, it had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. There are plenty of small stores along the road, and we enjoyed trying different Filipino snacks just a short walk away. A nice café and a convenient store are only two minutes from the house, and there’s an excellent local barbershop right next to them. I recommend this home.

Boss G's place is the best value for money ratio that I'm been to. If I had a ranking of the Airbnbs that I've been to, this place would easily rank at the top 5 for it's value for money! The place is a complete home with silent neighborhood, perfect if you want a staycation away from the bustle of the city. The honesty store was the icing on top for us because it made us feel welcome and trusted! We'll surely come back and stay for longer next time!

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

Great place, the host was accommodating to our request and really prepared the place well. Really recommend the place when wanting to stay near Mactan Airport to avoid the traffic hassle when traveling. The amenities provided were complete and the rooms were enough to accommodate all five of us.

The place was acceptable. The neighbors were great. The couch is not the same as the pictures but other than that it was a good experience. It is not walkable to anywhere but with a grab you can get stuff easily. For the price is was 100% worth it.
