The place was beautiful and peaceful. The room was spacious, and comfortable. The foods are delicious and the staffs are friendly. Miss Elmira answered all our inquiries and very informative. The beach can't be accessed but it's okay still because the pool is not crowded and all. Everything was perfect. Will definitely book again with this place and with miss Elmira! ❤️

Place just look exactly like the place. We enjoyed our stay there. Accessible to grocery as well and transpo and there’s a nearby 7/11. Miss Diane was also very responsive. Feedback: Provide trash bags for the room and add few cookwares. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay! Value for money. ☺️ Will definitely book again!

I loved everything about the location and interior of the unit. I was able to relax by myself for 3 days. Thank you so much for solving the problems right away even though it was night time & weekend. Definitely recommend it & willing to visit again.

The unit was quiiet and very organized. Easy to find amd accessed by taxi or grab ride. Really closed to the malls and IT Park. Highly recommended for either staycation or personal business purpose to stay in. Lastly, the host was very proactive and responsive to the needs of the tenants.

The key take away for me was the spacious comfortable bed so I had a relaxing and peaceful rest away from the hustle of the city. There are board games as well and gaming console good for your gamer friends. The host was so kind in accomodating our concerns making it easy for us to navigate our trip. In addition, If your planning in making a DIY tour around the city, The host can connect you to a motor or car rental in a much affordable price. Truly, the place felt like home, If ever I'll be back in lapu-lapu surely I'll book the place again.

The place is super modern and sophisticated, the kitchen is equipped, a huge refrigerator, excellent air conditioners and an amazing view from the 25th floor. The water flow in the shower is weak, but it's a problem all over the country. The hosts were available and responded to everything we asked for. The gym was important and well-equipped. Everything is kept in the building at the highest and most friendly level. There's a great restaurant on the roof! Fine food, amazing view. In short - a beautiful place! Highly recommended!

Miss Cha Cha has a very nice place! She also provided us with free rice, softdrinks, coffee and other needs that you’d feel like you’re home! Would love to come back soon! She’s also very friendly and flexible! 10/10!

The space itself was spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations, especially given the affordability compared to similar properties. I really appreciated how well everything was maintained. Additionally, the staff were always available and ready to help whenever needed, ensuring that my visit went off without a hitch. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely return!

It is generally a clean place, there are some small cockroaches occasionally, there is a small balcony, which is nice.

I think this place was wonderful especially for the location and view had no problem cooking washing all in all great to get away and relax by yourself or a partner.
