Holiday rentals with a pool in Central Visayas

It was as comfortable as my vacation home in Bohol He also booked me a van before I arrived at the port to move from Cebu to Bohol. There was also drinking water, cooking utensils, and seasonings, and he was very enthusiastic about the accommodation. I needed to print it urgently, but thankfully, I was thankful that you even did the print yourself. It was an eco-friendly accommodation, so I was able to say hello to the lizards every morning, and it was nice to have two air conditioners in the living room. It's a great place for a large family to tie up at an affordable price, so I highly recommend it. I couldn't get Grab on the day I came back, so I asked for a sanding taxi in a hurry, but they worked hard to find it. Thank you. I don't know when I'll go to Bohol again, but until then, be happy.

This is an accommodation that all the families who traveled together were satisfied. There was nothing lacking for multiple people to stay and the pool and view were really nice. The location is a little far from downtown Alona Beach, but they helped us right away with car layout if needed. I stayed for 3 nights, but I didn't clean it separately. (I think they only do it if requested) The towels were replenished upon request. It is expensive but the quick response from the house and the housekeeper seems to be worth it. We were able to have a great vacation. Especially, we were able to see the sunset every day and it's really beautiful.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

It was not too much to walk to use the convenience facilities near Alona. Above all, I was able to stay quietly and comfortably in a neatly managed private villa, and both the host and the staff responded kindly and quickly handled my requests. The width and depth of the pool were also satisfactory, so it was the best accommodation for families who enjoy swimming, and they always took care of the pool and garden early in the morning. I felt the host's meticulous attention to detail for travelers in the clean kitchen and everywhere.(Hangers, drying racks, bottled water, clean towels, amenities, etc.)

The best AirBnb we have ever stayed in!! Matt, Bless and their support staff were absolutely amazing. We were pleasantly surprised that they provide on-site service and suport throughout the stay, from helping with transportation and luggage to providing breakfast, pool cleaning, laundry service…they are truly the best! Bless and her team were so accommodating, friendly, responsive and she was always ready to help with whatever we needed. In addition to the excellent service, the house and the view are truly incredible. It really is nicer even than the pictures, it’s such a luxurious house and outdoor living area. I’m from Bohol and had no idea there was such an amazing view like this in Dauis! We also had a very good experience with Fernando the shuttle driver, he was so much fun to be with on our tour to the Loboc River Cruise and he helped my sister with parking her car since the road was steep and she’s not the best driver lol. Overall, it was a great experience for our family!!

Ate Cherry’s is very responsive and friendly. Maganda rin ang place and malapit talaga sa SM. The room is worth the price.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

It was a great and memorable experience, it felt like we're in a comfy house all you need was there and complete.The ambiance was very cozy and realxing along with the view. We'll definitely be back soon! Thank so much ☺️

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

Lenlen is a great host! Very friendly and responsive. Made sure we settled in nicely to her unit! Even provided tips and recommendation for us who are first-timers in Cebu! Will definitely book her unit again when we visit Cebu!

Place is clean and affordable. Everything you need is already available. The host is responsive. Location is great and is close to the famous landmarks. Would recommend!

From check-in to check-out, this place was nothing more than highly recommended! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, you are close to pretty much everything and the accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean. All this at an extremely reasonable price. 10/10
