I needed to go to Alphaville for work, knowing absolutely nothing there, she was a true ANGEL that God sent me, helping me in everything. IMPECCABLE apt, clean, clean and smelling bedding, spectacular condominium. Comfortable bed, shower I've never seen the same, nice temperature and plenty of water. Airy local, in the summer I didn't even have to turn on the air conditioning. Choose this location, choose to stay with this rare human named Thalita, just choose!!! Gratitude 🙏🏼

Betania was an excellent host! All my needs were met promptly. The self check in / out is very practical, it made it easy to enter and leave at alternative times, Betania was extremely understanding. The property is identical to the photos, in fact it even surprises you in person. Very neat, cozy - the sofa hugs! For those who like the outdoor area, although small, the balcony has two great chairs. What to say about the shower? Very good! And the bathroom equipped with everything: towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, even moisturizer! The room has a good structure, I didn't even use the air because it was 8° lol But the covers were very clean, fragrant and were very warm! I wish you much success and I will return more often!

I really liked the accommodation. Clean and safe place. It has a market, pharmacy, gym and banks.

beautiful place, well arranged, well equipped, the shower is wonderful, well equipped, the decoration is very pleasant, and leaves plenty of space. Negative points, few outlets, the TV bugged when trying to enter Netflix and YouTube, complaining about problems with date and time. If you want something smarter, it would be good to take a firestick or similar.

The apartment is exactly as advertised, it was well organized and clean, Gustavo was a very attentive host, he responded quickly and clarified all doubts. The treat he left was a special touch, I only spent one night but I will definitely return other times, I highly recommend it!

Passionate about this place: super cozy and romantic. The decor is perfect and beautiful! Ah, Karina , Adriana and Mel's cuteness were excellent hosts and provided us with an incredible experience.

The roof deck was a huge plus and it was easy to walk around from this location.

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

We had a fantastic stay at Aline’s place. The space was large and spacious. With two bedrooms, three toilets, and two showers there was just so much space The kitchen was amply and very neatly supplied making it so easy to cook at home. There were even plenty of containers for leftovers! The tile floors kept the place cool and there are ceiling fans in the bedroom as well. There’s also a portable fan and an air cooler for extra cooling. Note there is no air conditioning. But above it all is Aline! Aline is an absolute rock star. She was outside to greet us and show us in. She was incredibly accommodating when we needed some wiggle room on timing. She sent us great recommendations for the neighborhood. Aline is the type of host Airbnb guests dreams of—warm, welcoming, and understanding. Knowing you get a great host is a huge pull for us. Strong recommendation for Aline!

My stay was very good! The host was always available and very polite! He promptly resolved everything we requested! The pool water is really warm and the landscape is definitely beautiful! We like it a lot🙏🏼

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccable, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect — close to everything, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, giving great local tips and making sure I felt at home. I especially loved the cozy touches, such as the fresh sheets, the welcome gift, and the comfortable furniture. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight. Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

I live in the area and had to leave for a few days due to renovations in my apartment. Emillene was always very kind and everything was agreed with ease and flexibility. The apartment is well located, with several facilities nearby such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, laundries, etc. I recommend it.
