Passionate about this place: super cozy and romantic. The decor is perfect and beautiful! Ah, Karina , Adriana and Mel's cuteness were excellent hosts and provided us with an incredible experience.

All set, excellent location, space exactly as described on the listing, a safe place, close to bakeries, markets, transportation. We rented for a show at Allianz and walked home. Note 10.

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note mil!

The house has 6 bedrooms and most of the rooms share a single full bathroom, take that in consideration, during weekdays the house is mostly empty but on weekends expect full occupancy. The kitchen is well equipped and everyone has its own space in the fridge. The rooms are quite small, just a bed and a desk so be sure you get one of the large rooms if available. Good WiFi, fully automated house (lights and doors), digital nomad friendly.

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

Lova welcomed us with kindness, the space is comfortable and welcoming, and at the same time reserved. It was cold winter days and we spent warm nights. The kitchen has equipment to prepare breakfast and even a small meal. At the time of departure, even with a personal unforeseen event, it was easy to resolve the delivery of the key. Thank you, Lova! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my stay with Bia was. She was such an attentive and kind host, she offered me a haven after months of travelling. I sat on the beautiful terrace everyday enjoying the view of the beautiful São Paulo trees! There are two lovely coffee places nearby and plenty of little shops. I could not recommend this Airbnb more, I have beautiful memories that I’ll cherish forever. Next time I come to São Paulo this is the first place I will come to.

My stay was very good! The host was always available and very polite! He promptly resolved everything we requested! The pool water is really warm and the landscape is definitely beautiful! We like it a lot🙏🏼

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

Hostion deserves a 10 grade, super attentive, gave us good tips for food and leisure. The local super berr located , with several options of restaurants, leisure, parks and metro.

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight. Excellent apartment with amazing views and very well equipped with all the necessities

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Marina's apartment is the best in the Menara condominium. I have seen other apartments in the same condominium that are very poorly maintained. Marina's is very nice. She puts affection into her accommodation, she welcomes you with a cake that already tells you that your stay will be good. In my particular case, I thank Marina for the good treatment and care she had with us, as we have special needs because my son is undergoing chemotherapy treatment and needs a clean and comfortable space to rest when he is discharged Thank you for everything Marina, we felt at home!
