Very nice and cozy place, well located and easy to find, what "bothered" me a little was the issue of single mattresses, being a little uncomfortable for two people to sleep together, but other than that, everything was perfect, stay, reception and accommodation

Casa Sabia 4 is beautiful, well clean, great shower :-) impeccable towels, amenities, and also had complimentary bottle of water:-) The garage is on a downhill curve, and when there is a football match on the field it sometimes gets in the way to park, as they stop the car on the street and at the turn, but with some maneuvers, you can leave. Camila, very helpful, helped me in my hosting questions, answered quickly, as well as being friendly and proactive. Thank you!

We were in Abel's space all weekend and the accommodation couldn't have been better. Impeccably clean, cozy environment, feeling of being at home. Abel was very cordial and responded with great agility. The place is very quiet, has easy access to markets and restaurants and was a delight to rest. The space has a heater that made a big difference in this cold I highly recommend it!

Edson, the host, was always helpful and responded quickly to all messages. He helped me at check-in and answered all my questions. The apartment was very clean and had everything described in the listing. The bedding and towels were very good and clean and there was enough for everyone. The shower is wonderful. Very safe building and quiet neighborhood. There was a pharmacy in front and a mini market next door. We went by car and access to the garage and the building was smooth. Great location. It was worth the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great. The photos match the location, everything is properly cleaned and very organized, clearly with the feeling of being at home. I'll definitely come back more often.
