EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED! I offer you an award winning ground floor luxury apartment, across the road from Barton beach. My apartment is unique. Refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, you will not find another holiday apartment of this quality closer to Barton beach than this. Sleeps up to 4 guests. There is a Graco cot and mattress along with a high chair available if required. Totally dog friendly . I have free on site parking for one car, plenty of off site free parking though.

Our converted self contained annex is the perfect blend of living and sleeping space. The ground floor comprises of a kitchenette with sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, portable ceramic hob, microwave and all the usual kitchen utensils. The spacious room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, TV and also a table and four chairs. The first floor double bedroom is bright and airy with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, bedside units and ensuite bathroom with shower.
