The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The tenants have access to a rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The house is at the end of a dead end road in the front row with unobstructed views of the water.

3. COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former Tagelöhnerkate was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object impresses with its framework, the largely preserved bricks and its thatched roof. The house can ideally accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults + dog).

This beautiful home in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is just off the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen's Baltic Sea beach and welcomes the first holiday guests from July 15. The architect house offers you a breathtaking view of the sea not only from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.

From our house there are only a few hundred meters to the beach. The house has a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of Lubmin's typical pine trees on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is just a 5-minute walk away. Just as close is the large playground on the promenade.

Our charming thatched cottage Ankerherz is located directly on the west beach on the beautiful Fischland-Darß peninsula, only 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The beach rise 15 is right in front of the house and via the sloping dyke the beach & dike can be reached without stairs, also perfect for strollers and buggies.
