Very easy check in. I enjoyed the workout area and having two entrances to myself was very nice. I definitely look forward to booking here again next year.

Amazing apartment for our short stay in flowery branch, with really lovely amenities as well!

We stayed 3 weeks & were made to feel right at home! Everything was so peaceful.. decorated beautifully.. Clean safe property.. full of wildlife! We even trained our kitty cat to walk on a leash while there & he loved everything also!😹 Christine couldn't be a better host, incredibly sweet & more than helpful🥰. Highly recommend staying if your looking, we definitely would again.

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Thanks Aveline for everything.

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place was very clean and loved the coffee in the morning! It’s about 1 mile from the stadium and I was expecting it to be just a little bit closer. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend.

Great location, it was very easy to explore downtown Athens. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have on-site parking. It very much has a hotel feel, though we rarely saw other guests. Overall it was pretty quiet, and well-maintained. The only minor complaint would be that the garbage truck stops at the fish place next door about 6AM some days. That will wake you up! Overall a good place, we would definitely consider staying staying here our next time in Athens.

This was a great place to stay for our daughters graduation from UGA. Completely updated and clean. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Athens or the campus.

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Athens for a friend’s wedding. Very close to downtown and campus. The location and the apartment were both perfect.

We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs in Athens the past four years. This one is the best location and nicest of all of them! The location makes everything downtown walkable and even walked to Sanford. Her description, instructions, and customer service were excellent! It was perfect for two sets of parents during our UGA student’s parents weekend.

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

Had a lovely stay. The location is quiet and private whether you are working or relaxing. Yotoy is a great host everything was as shown in the description. I loved sitting on the covered patio in the mornings listening to the birds.

We stayed here for my son’s basketball tournament and had a wonderful experience! The home is situated on a beautiful lake, which made for a peaceful and relaxing setting in between games. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and just as described. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

My whole family truly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The home was clean, well-organized, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The backyard space was a real highlight—spacious and perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made our experience even better. The hosts were thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. Although they let us know we could reach out at any time, we never had to because everything was already laid out so conveniently. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
