Tiny house holiday rentals in Barnstable County

Coming to Ptown for over a decade now, we've only ever stayed at hotels. Thinking about making a move next year, we decided it's time to finally "live" in a home and understand what the beat and rhythm of grocery shopping, cooking, having friends come over, etc etc would be like. And Michael's cottage was absolutely perfect for a taste of this potential new life. The cottage was warm, cozy, super comfortable, extremely clean, fun and cute decor.. SUPER comfy pillows (which is major for me) and being right off Winthrop.. there is nothing bad that I/we can say about our stay at the cottage. Highly recommend !!! Thank you again, Michael!!

Rosemary’s place was fantastic! The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The amenities provided were great. It was so nice to have everything we needed for the beach, a grill and an outdoor shower. You cannot beat the location! The beach is wonderful. The area is quiet but close to the shops and restaurants in town. Rosemary was also great to communicate with! We had a great time and would stay again!

Tomi and Jim warmly greeted us when we arrived, showed us the place and offered recommendations for restaurants etc. Beds comfortable, towels soft…..just a beautiful cottage as listed!!!

Great place with easy walkable distance to public beach. Had two minor issues with propane and batteries being out that hosts corrected quickly and with good communication. Was a great place to stay for a week with a baby and a dog.

We had THE BEST time staying at Jay’s cottage. It was perfectly located, just around the corner from all the action of Commercial Street, but tucked away for quiet and privacy. The space was beautiful, cozy and clean. I literally slept for 10 hours a night in the bed here; it was that comfortable. Jay couldn’t have been more hospitable, even enlisting his very sweet neighbor to help out when he could get here quick enough. It is such a beautiful community with wonderful people inhabiting it. Provincetown is absolutely unique, with so much to do and eat and enjoy! We will absolutely stay with Jay when we come back. ❤️❤️❤️

We travel with our little gaggle of dogs, so finding a place to stay that accepts them and is as well located as this, with a little yard, was Fantastic to us! The cottage was well considered with everything you could need and again, the location was stellar with easy, walkable access to everything P-Town has to offer. We can’t wait to come back - Thank you Leslie!

This charming guest house was just what we needed for our Cape Cod stay- simple, central, and a great value with no unnecessary amenities inflating the price. The cottage is quiet and restful, tucked away from disturbances, yet perfectly positioned for exploring the best of the Cape. From Wellfleet, you get easy access to the seashore in the east, bayside beaches to the west, the northernmost point, and down to Chatham. Wellfleet itself is quaint, not outdated, but beautifully preserved in true Cape Cod spirit. You could pay more elsewhere for a sauna and extra frills, but why bother? The salt air touches everything, even the twice as expensive listings in the surrounding towns. Book this spot with confidence for a peaceful, well-located retreat.

Cesar's place is amazing! it's a good combination with being close to everything within a few minutes drive or ride or tens of minutes walks and being pretty quiet and close to nature with the ponds and plenty of birds. it's also close to the cycle path making it a great options for cyclists going to Woods Hole or just wanting to ride around for fun. the cottage is cute and very practical. everything is well thought and Cesar is very caring, friendly, and helpful. excellent kitchen and functional bathroom. the deck is stellar. The space is very well thought. I strongly recommend this listing and I'd be delighted to stay there again.

I highly recommend staying at Chad’s tiny home! The space was beautiful, user friendly and a great escape! Chad was a proactive host and you can tell he very much cares for the space and his guests!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay in Dennis, it was the perfect location for our girls getaway! We were within walking distance of the beach and it was a good proximity to other towns, which we explored on cooler/rainy days! It was the perfect island cottage! The host was very responsive and sent multiple local recommendations!

Great spot to stay and explore the cape from. Micaran was incredibly helpful with his communication and the place was perfect.

Margaret is a great host, and an interesting person to talk to! Very personable, and does her best to ensure you enjoy your stay. As it turns out, a tiny home is just not our thing, especially for lounging & rest/relaxation, but Margaret's hospitality and the spa area completely made up for that! The hot tub was meticulously cleaned, the sauna was great, and the cold plunge was refreshing and clean as well! Shopping and restaurants were less than 15 mins away.

Ed and Maritza’s place was in a great location, had wonderful amenities, and was walking/biking distance to great places - including a beach. It was easy to relax as everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The cottage was perfect for our girl’s trip.

We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a convenient location close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The home had everything we needed—good internet, a comfortable bed, and a nice yard that was perfect for walking our dog. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome: fresh-cut flowers and treats for both us and our pup. It’s those little details that make a stay memorable. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time—the little cabin is even cuter than the pictures, and we loved the private outdoor space in the back. Something to note is that the bed is in the loft, so you need to walk up stairs to access it. Everything was there that we needed for a weekend, and it's a great location. Thanks for having us!

We stayed at Jesse's place for 8 nights, and while being on a smaller side, the cottage is very lovely with thoughtful organization. Our main concern was the bedroom setup, which turned out not to be a problem. Strategic location of the AC helped with the air circulation and comfort. The patio and grill were great features which we used daily. The kitchen had all the necessities and Jesse provided us with plenty of towels and supplies. Overall I would highly recommend Jesse's cottage if you don't have any mobility issues (due to the ladder situation). The location is absolutely amazing, close to everything while being quite and relaxing.

The Whale Song is tiny but incredibly beautiful and serves its purpose wonderfully. All of the instructions were extremely thorough and easy to follow. The place was super well kept and the bed is unbelievably comfortable. The location feels nice and private/tucked away but you are still so close to lots of amazing places on the Cape. Overall had a great night and hope to come back soon!

A beautiful cottage. Our dogs loved the beach and we loved hearing the ocean at night. Best of all, we saw North Atlantic Right Whales at Long Point. In a world where it can be difficult to sleep well - I slept like a baby!

My husband and I stayed at the huddle hut for three days. The place worked better than we expected from the description. We wanted a stay connected to nature and yet comfortable. The hut is set up with charm and lovely taste. Everything you might need is there. It is just thoroughly enjoyable. Susan is a generous, responsive, and responsible host and she runs the place impeccably. One couldn’t ask for a better host and a better place. We felt very well taken care of from start to finish.
