In the heart of the historic old town of Wismar

Welcome to our little guest apartment in the center of the UNESCO world heritage Wismar. The apartment is really well located in the center, in a beautiful historic but totally renovated house, just 80 meters away from central market place. We care of our guests in a very personal manner, since we are living in the same house. Although located centrally, it is a calm place, at ground level, with no stairs to climb, and a cozy terrace is exclusive part of the guest area.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen was divided. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Comfort apartment close to the beach to feel good

Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Modern studio in the heart of the historic old town

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you are very quickly at the harbor and in the shopping mile. Bicycles can be parked in the small yard. Next year we want to renovate the farm. Parking in front of the house with a fee, to unload ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces. One with fees and one without.

Small Apartment In Historic Centre

Small, lovingly restored studio- apartment near the old harbour( ca. 20m²). Train station bus terminal and a big parking site are a few minutes walk away. The apartment is located in a small lane between Old Harbour and Nicolai Church. With a double bed, small kitchen, fridge and bathroom it´s perfect for a vacation for couples.

In the historic old town of Wismar you will find our house, which was built in 1904. The holiday home is a perfect starting point for exploring the city and the surrounding sights and beaches. The market place, shopping possibilities as well as the railway station are to be reached within 5 minutes by foot.
