Nature eco lodge holiday rentals in Barlavento Algarvio

I had a peaceful couple of nights in Monchique. Franks place is easy walking distance from restaurants and shops making the location super convenient if you don't have a vehicle. There are also beautiful walks into nature from the property or you can just sit and relax in the garden. Communication was great and quick and the guys working there were super friendly :)

It is a great location, very nice atmosphere, very clean, everything you need is present. Quick response from the host. You can arrive at your own time. Also nice that the possibility for a private bathroom is there. For us, it was also important that everything is on the ground floor and that you can go outside immediately...unfortunately, it was no longer possible to book several days. This location is very recommended

A very nice quiet natural place with great pool. The room to feel comfortable and the people friendly. From this place you can easily reach the south coast from Lagos to Sagres and south west coast by car. I'd love to come back!

This was an outstanding place to stay for our journey along the fisherman’s route. A bit outside of town but very peaceful and private, uber was less than 5 euro from town to save the walk. The pool and views are unmatched. The breakfast offerings brought right to the room were terrific and the portions large. Even nice to meet the local pets, 1 cat and 2 dogs always willing to say hello. If you have the chance to stay here it is a winner. Also the host was so friendly and helpful!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Monte da Choça. Rudolfo was always ready with help, a good story or good suggestions on where to go. We had some issues in the beginning but it was quickly solved and Rudolfo was very responsive. We enjoyed the very clean pool a lot, feeding the animals every morning, petting the super cute dogs and cats, and our son really liked the games and the bicycle available, and we spend a lot of time just roaming the grounds. The hotel is placed in a very pretty nature setting and only 10 mins drive away from some of the most breathtaking beaches we have ever visited. We would love to come again one day.

Lido is really very welcoming and accommodating. He gave us good advice and was always available. The house is great and the surroundings too. Special mention for the small bakery just next door on foot. Mmm, delicious!!

We loved our stay in Monte Rosa but unfortunately I lost my purse on site with a substantial amount of money and unfortunately it was never Returned.

I highly recommend it! The place is in the middle of nature in an oasis of peace and the rooms are beautiful, large and very clean! Breakfast is delicious, all very good and varied, both savory and sweet! In addition, Sergio and his wife are exquisite people and available for everything you need and always with a smile! Second time at Nook, still love it. The location near Vila do Bispo is fantastic, love the view on the fields. If you're walking or surfing, ideal (you need a car for the beaches). The rooms are clean, modern, and the common area is fully equipped. The house keeper is lovely.

Our stay at Casa Nook was simply fantastic! This small boutique hotel is a real gem in Sagres – stylish, cozy and designed with great attention to detail. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. We would choose Casa Nook again at any time and can only recommend it. Only the housekeeper, with her lousy mood, somewhat dampened the wonderful stay.

Beautiful location, the views on the surrounding land are great. The rooms are nicely designed, clean and well equipped. The common areas are super functional. Highly recommend the place.

The place is very beautiful. The apartment is big and has all the equipment that you need. The bathroom is very big and modern. The pool is very nice, temperature 28 degrees. You should be aware that the place is in the middle of the countryside, 8min away from the next village.
