The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Ingleby Retreat! The property was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained — exactly as described. The surroundings were stunning and the facilities (especially the pool and kitchen) were perfect for a relaxing getaway. Amber was a wonderful host — very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

Such a lovely place. Sadly, I only had a couple of nights and one day to really enjoy it, but I immediately looked to re-book upon departing, and although the dates I looked at did not work, I will definitely return. Joe was really friendly and helpful. The house is lovely, well-designed and thought through with plenty of space. The weather was a bit damp, but otherwise we would have also thoroughly enjoyed the lovely garden with its seated areas and hot tub. Many thanks for a lovely break

We thoroughly recommend The Little Forge for a stay in the Cotswolds - it was so pretty, peaceful and the hot tub was a bonus! We stayed here for our mini moon after our wedding for a bit of rest and relaxation and got just that! Kelly gave us super clear instructions of where to park and how to get in - all really easy. The cottage itself is really pretty, has all the home comforts you could possibly need as well as being in walking distance to a great pub with delicious food and really good service. It was peaceful and relaxing - Kelly had thought of all amenities you might need during your stay - it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is a great base to explore lots of the Cotswolds - we enjoyed Stow-on-the-Wold, walk no. 4 in the "40 walks in the Cotswolds" book, Cowley Manor Experimental for an afternoon spa trip and The Feathered Nest. We loved our stay - would love to come again some time! Thank you!

Easy to check in, clean, and has a large parking slot. Kate prepared the baby cot for us before arrival. Also, there was a game of finding the six ducks that we enjoyed playing!

My 2 friends and I had a great 2 nights at Samantha 's place for a bday weekend celebrations. Samantha left a delivious cake abd 2 bottles of wine for us. So very generous of her. My friends's trains were not until 1400 but Samantha allowed to check out later. We are so grateful. Samanta answered all our queries on time which makes it easier to plan our holiday. The location is convenient and within walking distance of all the attractions. The place is clean, plenty of pillows, duvets and pillows. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. I m a very fussy person but Samantha's cottage is lovely. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Samantha for making my birthday a memorable one.

Beautiful little cottage with amazing garden, easy walk to the castle and nearby restaurants. Can’t rate the house high enough it was just brilliant! There is a busy road and train track nearby but the tall hedges do a great job of blocking them out and you don’t really hear them once you’re in.

Wonderful place for both 2 legged and 4 legged friends with plenty of beautiful walks. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful, letting us use their paddocks to exercise our GSD. The Writer’s retreat sits within beautifully maintained grounds and has everything required for a break away. I appreciated the thoughtful additions of condiments and spices in the kitchen . If you love books there are shelves and shelves of them; on wet days hunkering down with a book wouldn’t be a problem! Now we’ve discovered this little haven we will definitely return when there is another family get together in Stratford.

Had the most lovely stay at Mary Arden’s, it was an ideal place for our family’s get together. Very well appointed with everything you need. Lovely garden area and very spacious living area and kitchen, the boys enjoyed the pool table and we all enjoyed relaxing in the garden. Handy shops next door with lovely, helpful staff. Really nice apartment which was only a 10 minute walk from Warwick Castle. The apartment was immaculate and looks amazing. All instructions and directions were easy to follow. Highly recommend if your exploring Warwick or surrounding areas.

Had the nicest stay at Rachel’s house. The perfect location for a weekend away with friends. Walking distance to lovely cafes and pubs. Perfect for either a chilled weekend away but also options to go out. Such a lovely spacious house. Rachel was a great host and went above and beyond to include extra details for my birthday. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

The great thing about the house is that it's less than a 5 minute walk to the pedestrianised area in the center of Stratford-upon-Avon, but is still in a quiet little side street with a parking space. The interior is good, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a lovely garden with comfortable outdoor seating. All the attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon are an easy walk away.

It exceeded all our expectations — stylish, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. The cottage is tastefully modernised while retaining its original charm. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The open-plan living and dining area is warm and inviting, with a wonderful fully equipped kitchen that made self-catering easy and enjoyable. Heather was such an amiable host. The house was absolutely spotless and very beautiful. Heather provided everything we needed and more. The homemade focaccia was superb. It was very easy to walk into town. This is a brilliant place to stay with a wonderful host.

Great facilities for wheelchair users. It has a hoist, huge wet room, profiling bed with a choice of matress types. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Within easy reach of Leamington, Stratford and Warwick.

The location was another highlight – peaceful yet perfectly positioned, with Soho Farmhouse a pleasant walk away. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing get away!
