Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Newly renovated apartment, located, large shared equipped garden, furnished with tables and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue and shaded pergola. Stunning view of the sunflower and wheat fields. Located in a strategic area to reach the renowned beaches of Fano, Riccione, Gabicce, Cattolica, Numana, Sirolo in 30 minutes... and the numerous cities of art. A 5 minute walk to restaurant, the apartment will be provided with all the necessary information.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Our houses are five (Timo, Ortica, Alloro, Salvia, and Pimpinella), built with great attention to energy sustainability and in absolute respect for the environment. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, walk barefoot, and find your own rhythms and thoughts in the quiet of nature and in contact with your affections.

Easily reachable in 15 minutes Fabriano, in 20 minutes the beautiful caves of Frasassi, in 30 minutes Gubbio and in 60 minutes Senigallia or the Bay of Conero, in 20 minutes the ducal city of Camerino.
