Apartment holiday rentals in Barceloneta

The property is located just outside the city center but is easily reachable by public transportation. In about seven minutes walk you can reach several stops, from which you can easily reach different parts of the city. The direct train connection to and from the airport is particularly convenient – ideal for an uncomplicated arrival and departure. A special plus was that we were already able to enter the apartment in the morning on the day of arrival directly after our arrival – and not as usual from 3 pm. This was really very pleasant after an early arrival and shows how flexible and accommodating the hosts are. Penelope and Gabriel are extremely friendly and helpful. Contact went smoothly, and questions or concerns were always responded to quickly and warmly. You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. They do everything they can to make the stay the best possible – with success!

Great location. Clean space, with useful amenities. We loved the balcony which has a view of one of Gaudi’s iconic buildings Casa Mila. Easy to walk anywhere, tons of great restaurants and other essentials nearby . Maria was super helpful and easy to communicate with . Plus some great recs. We look forward to coming back!

all was perfect, the downside is that Barcelona prices are in general really high, but considering this, it was a good price and quality

We loved our stay in Gerona. The host recommendations were great and everything walkable. I enjoyed having the balcony to sit out on. The supermarket being right across the street made things very convenient. As we traveled by train from Barcelona the sort walk from the train station with our luggage was another positive. We hope to return to the apartment and Gerona.

I enjoyed staying the the apartment - the location is superb, two bedroom apartment nice and tidy. 3 minutes walk to the beach!

This was our second stay at Gorka's place and it was, yet again, perfection. The location can't be beat and the apartment itself feels just like home. Can't wait to return.

We had a WONDERFUL stay with Central Apartments! The unit was just as described if not better in person - it was very spacious, had plenty of storage, and had a fully stocked kitchen. This is the perfect location, walkable to all major sites (La Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Casa Battlo, etc) within 15 minutes. Multiple metro lines are a 5 minute walk away! The neighborhood had anything you could need between restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. We appreciated the easy communication with the host, and were grateful to be able to check in a bit early. We will definitely be back, thank you so much!

We truely got the best experience of Barcelona for our first time, Melissa's home was perfect! Beautiful apartment, immaculate & had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Balcony was brilliant for sitting with coffee in the morning or a wine at night. Sun hits you first thing in the morning which is a treat. Bed was very comfortable. I'm a light sleeper & was a little anxious about the noise with it being so close to a busy junction. Found that so long as you close the shutters & doors there was no issue at all :) Location was fantastic, great neighbour hood & very safe/friendly vibes. We walked every other night to the Sagrada after dinner. Really is something else at night. Casa Batlló walkable. We got the metro a lot, which is right round the corner from the apartment, super quick & easy. Bristol for coffee, casa Cheli for tapas and la Cava Cakery - all yummy & close to the apartment. Will be recommending to friends & family, would love to come back, thank you for having us.

A great spot to see all of Andorra! The view from the apartment is even more stunning than the pictures. We definitely recommend!

Our stay in Barca with David was perfect. The airbnb is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are plenty of places around to get groceries, beer, tapas, etc. Bed was really comfortable and the minisplits (AC) were really cold. Water pressure for the shower is amazing.

An apartment equipped with all comforts. Nothing was missing! Enric was very attentive to welcoming us and that we had everything available to the point that arriving late at night he made us find the fridge provided with food and drinks. The apartment is in a perfect location for going to the beach and the nightlife. We'll definitely be back!

was wonderful to deal with and always very responsive. Our flight arrived earlier than the regular check in time but Vhan was amazing and provided us the ability to drop off our heavy luggage to explore while the apartment was being cleaned as some other guests had just departed that morning. Rafaela met us at the apartment and we immediately felt like family! She provided us with all the information we needed and more! The Metro and bus service, even airport shuttle are literally down the street. Very easy to get anywhere in town. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment and will be back!

The frederic apartment is very nice,safe, and comfortable, the attention at the reception below the apartment is excellent and always predisposed, the neighborhood is very nice,safe, quiet and full of business and bars has a micro stop at the apartment door and metro nearby. To get to the center (la Rambla barrio gotico y playa ) you are about 50 minutes walking or half an hour by micro or metro.

The apartment is a gem in the middle of Barcelona! It is a lovely one bedroom apartment that included everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. It is close to public transportation if you want to ride the metro and extremely walkable to restaurants, local boulevards for a stroll, and many of the famous sites that you will want to see such as Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, or the gothic area of the city. Raul was extremely helpful with recommendations for sites, restaurants, and local walking areas. He also gave suggestions for the Costa Brava outside the city. He was extremely attentive during check-in and made sure that we were well on our way to an interesting and fun vacation and addressed any questions that we had. Lovely area, lovely city, lovely people, delicious food...if you are going to Barcelona, rest assured that this apartment is wonderful and Raul will guide you every step of the way to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation!

Very happy with the stay at home Joaquim! Very easy to get there and very attentive to be there when we arrive :) the apartment is wide and very comfortable for two families of friends with 2 year old children. The apartment is well equipped and has plenty of space, plus a great location to get to the center in 2’. He gave us recommendations. The only glue I could find there (to say some) is that the car park was a narrow miiiiica, but as there were few cars in the car park the maneuvers were affordable. Very happy to choose, and we would definitely come back!

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

Very nice apartment with great sea views. Direct access to the sea via the rocks. The outdoor environment is very pretty. A change of scenery guaranteed! Vanessa is very responsive and was able to adapt to our requests. I would highly recommend it!

Best place I’ve ever stayed. Other reviews already cover Susana’s incredible hosting, the unbeatable location, and the amazing walkability—so I won’t repeat all that. Instead, I’ll just add a few details that others might’ve missed: 1. Plenty of toilet paper provided. Nothing humbles a traveler quite like having to ration TP, and thankfully, that wasn’t an issue here. 2. The soft, fluffy towels were a true luxury. Way above the usual Airbnb standard. and amen for water pressure. 3. Staying on this iconic street made me feel FANCY. As a tourist, I’ve never really had that “rich person” feeling before, but more than once I caught myself thinking, “So this is how the other half lives.”

Amazing host and amazing apartment. Lots of amenities provided by the host including beach towels, balls and even sun cream provided in the bathroom. Location is great and only a 5 min walk from the beach and a 5 min drive from the Rambla and bus station. Would recommend
