Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, ist jedoch problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In etwa sieben Minuten Fußweg erreicht man mehrere Haltestellen, von denen aus man bequem in verschiedene Teile der Stadt gelangt. Besonders praktisch ist die direkte Bahnverbindung zum und vom Flughafen – ideal für eine unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt war, dass wir am Anreisetag bereits morgens direkt nach unserer Ankunft ins Apartment konnten – und nicht erst wie üblich ab 15 Uhr. Das war nach einer frühen Anreise wirklich sehr angenehm und zeigt, wie flexibel und zuvorkommend die Gastgeber sind. Penelope und Gabriel sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kontaktaufnahme verlief reibungslos, und auf Fragen oder Anliegen wurde stets schnell und herzlich reagiert. Man spürt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Sie setzen alles daran, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten – mit Erfolg!

Lovely apartment and lovely service. They allowed us to check out late and also store our bags which was really useful. The terrace is lovely and the Rituals toiletries and a great touch. I will be returning.

This penthouse was absolutely stunning. Best view of the city. Our host met us outside and even sent us sent us a Google map of their favorite places. 10/10, Will be messaging Marta again when we come to Barcelona

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, der Check-in und Check-out haben problemlos funktioniert. Das Apartment war sauber, hell und hatte alle angegebenen Ausstattungen. Die Nachbarn im Haus waren sehr ruhig, nur in der Umgebung war es manchmal etwas laut in der Nacht. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Super emplacement avec une vue dingue de la terrasse sur le toit. Fabienne et son fils ont été impeccable et d'une grande aide. Merci! Il est certain que la placa Reial est connu pour son ambiance festive donc penser à apporter des bouchons si jamais vous avez un sommeil léger. Mon logement de choix pour Barcelone :)

The most amazing beautiful apartment in a fantastic location!! The apartment was exactly as it looks in the photos, in fact even better. The terrace was unbelievable, the nicest setting for breakfast or a nice drink after dinner. The location was perfect only minutes away from Sagrada Familia and lots of lovely restaurants, bars, coffee shops & supermarkets right on the doorstep. Ivan & Fabrice went over and above to be the most accommodating, helpful hosts. We had our 18 month old baby with us and they bought a travel cot specifically for our stay. Gave lots of recommendations of things to do & places to eat / drink. We will definitely be back one day & will recommend to all family and friends who are going to Barcelona.

Our stay in Barca with David was perfect. The airbnb is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are plenty of places around to get groceries, beer, tapas, etc. Bed was really comfortable and the minisplits (AC) were really cold. Water pressure for the shower is amazing.

This was our second stay at Gorka's place and it was, yet again, perfection. The location can't be beat and the apartment itself feels just like home. Can't wait to return.

We truely got the best experience of Barcelona for our first time, Melissa's home was perfect! Beautiful apartment, immaculate & had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Balcony was brilliant for sitting with coffee in the morning or a wine at night. Sun hits you first thing in the morning which is a treat. Bed was very comfortable. I'm a light sleeper & was a little anxious about the noise with it being so close to a busy junction. Found that so long as you close the shutters & doors there was no issue at all :) Location was fantastic, great neighbour hood & very safe/friendly vibes. We walked every other night to the Sagrada after dinner. Really is something else at night. Casa Batlló walkable. We got the metro a lot, which is right round the corner from the apartment, super quick & easy. Bristol for coffee, casa Cheli for tapas and la Cava Cakery - all yummy & close to the apartment. Will be recommending to friends & family, would love to come back, thank you for having us.

La estancia en el apartamiento de eva ha sido fantastica. La ubicacion es excelente en pleno casco historico. Estado impecable, totalmente reformado y con mucho gusto en la decoracion y detalles. La anfitriona muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Absolutamente recomendable.

Andre’s apartment was one of the few places that we have stayed at where the vibe was just as lovely as the photos. It was a wonderful oasis in the city. It was a great fit for me, my husband and our teenager. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Maria’s home enough. What a find! Such a peaceful area, we felt like we came home to peace and quiet every evening after a busy day in the city, it was such a pleasure. The terrace is just the perfect place to sit and relax. Only a 15 minute tube ride into the city centre. Thanks to Maria’s maps of the local area we discovered that the Church of the Sacred Heart was just 2 stops away, and so very worth the visit. Sant Cugat is also a fantastic village and we enjoyed a fabulous evening there. Overall I would highly recommend Maria’s home, its location, it has everything you need, super clean and just a spot of beauty and peace in a very busy city! We’ll be back! Thank you Maria.

As a frequent bnb user I found this place a bit pricy . But everything was super and highly advice a stay at this place Best beach bogatel just a block from the apartment .

Molt contents de l’estada a casa en Joaquim! Molt fàcil d’arribar-hi i molt atents per ser-hi quan arribem :) el pis és ample i molt còmode per dues famílies d’amics amb nens de 2 anys. El pis està ben equipat i té molt d’espai, a més d’una boníssima ubicació per arribar al centre en 2’. Ens va donar recomenacions. L’única pega que hi podria trobar (per dir-ne alguna) és que el pàrquing era una miiiiica estret, però com hi havia pocs cotxes al pàrquing les maniobres eren assequibles. Molt contents de la tria, i tornaríem sense cap mena de dubte!

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

Der Check-in mit Roger war super. Er hat uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Barcelona gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Einrichtung. Besonders die zwei Bäder waren von großem Vorteil. Die Gegend, in der die Wohnung liegt ist sehr schön und man kann alles gut erreichen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt bei Roger sehr gut gefallen. Besonders zu dem Preis ist die Wohnung eine absolute Empfehlung.

Très bel appartement avec magnifique vue mer. Accès direct à la mer par les rochers. L'environnement extérieur sont très jolis. Dépaysement assuré ! Vanessa est très réactive et a pu s'adapter à nos demandes. Je recommande vivement !

I've stayed in several Airbnb's, but this one was by far the best. Fantastic location, right next to a Metro station. Lots of shopping nearby. The apartment is nice sized and equipped with all the modern appliances you could want. The bathroom is like a five star hotel's. No one lives there, so you don't have to worry about disturbing other people's things. Very clean. Extremely quiet, even though it's on a busy street. Susanna was very responsive to any inquiries. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

We had a great time here! Paco was so warm and welcoming, making our arrival a joy. The apartment is very spacious, clean and smart, with a lovely balcony perfect for an al fresco breakfast. The area is great as well - peaceful, well served by supermarkets and bakeries, 5 min walk from the beach and easy to get into the city proper via public transport or a 20-30 min stroll. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again next time I’m in town!
