The perfect place to visit the island of Noirmoutier: 3 minutes' walk from the center, 5 minutes from the port and 10 minutes from the Bois de la Chaise. It's quiet, clean, very well-equipped, and to top it all off, the owners as well as the person in charge of the cleaning are warm and very responsive! Many thanks to them!

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. We were able to spend an excellent extended weekend in this accommodation located in the immediate vicinity of the sandy beach, a privileged and peaceful environment in the heart of the Bois de la Chaize, ideal for fully enjoying Noirmoutiers.

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! We had a great time despite fickle weather at the end of April. Julie's house is fantastic. A really nice decor, and remarkable cleanliness in all the rooms and especially in the kitchen. When the sun finally appeared, we were able to enjoy the terrace by the pool for lunch, a treat. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very, very clean and especially very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and we're still happy.
