Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Barão de São João

We thought it was just great here! Roof terrace with view and grill, great and individually furnished, super clean, totally nice contact and always immediately available! Hopefully we can come back again! New favorite place!

Probably the loveliest and cutest holiday rental I have stayed in - actually wished we could have spend more down time in the flat, but there is just a lot to do in Algarve! Everything looks just like in the pictures and Carlos and Eileen have thought of everything guests might need. The highlight is definitely the green garden with the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen is also really well equipped. Carlos and Eileen provided an incredibly detailed virtual guide, which included instructions on how everything works in the flat (including video instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, blinds, etc), as well as loads of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The bed is up below the ceiling, so it does get a little bit hotter there than in the rest of the flat, but with the aircon (which worked well and pretty quietly) it's totally fine.

We had a very nice time with children in the house. The garden is great for playing and well defined. You can walk in nearby oak forests and the zoo is very close. The beaches are just amazing. Pedro was very friendly and helped us on short notice!

We spent 5 nights in Mariana's cottage and felt very comfortable there. A small oasis of tranquility. We were able to make good use of the outdoor lighting, especially the pool. There were enough different areas. The private terrace on the first floor was wonderful and private. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We would come back.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation! The apartment is very centrally located in Aljezur and yet quiet. It is stylishly furnished, really well equipped and was very clean. Also the beds are very comfortable. From the small terrace, you have a great view of the countryside. The main street with some shops, cafés, etc. is a few minutes' walk away. In addition, numerous beautiful beaches can be reached within 10-20 minutes by car. We didn't meet Ana in person, but she sent us great tips and was very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend the place!

What a wonderful stay! The location is truly a hidden gem – even better and more peaceful than the photos and description suggest. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we found ourselves completely immersed in the beauty of the surroundings. We didn’t even turn on the TV once all week – that says it all. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with our baby. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to fully unwind. Nicole was amazing – warm, attentive, and very helpful. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Fabulous house and delightful host who even brought a bottle of fizz on ice for a birthday. Peaceful, really quick Kitchen modern very spacious home would recommend.

We spent 8 wonderful days in the villa "Casa vista do mar" - a real paradise. You immediately feel comfortable, surrounded by pure nature with breathtaking views. The vacation home is well equipped, nothing is missing. Thanks to Tobias' directions, the journey from Faro airport was easy. Andrea was at our side on site and provided us directly with information about restaurants, shopping and excursion destinations. We were able to unwind wonderfully and recharge our batteries. The tranquility, the view and the loving care made our stay unforgettable. We recommend this holiday home without reservation and already know: We will come back! I loved my stay at this place, it had everything I needed as well as being a peaceful space. I appreciated the good quality and tasteful pots etc. And the bathtub is beautiful along with the towels etc. The space allowed me to roll out the yoga mat and have a beautiful view that alowed a meditative time which was exactly what I needed. The bed is very comfortable and I love that there are shutters that make the room dark so you are not woken up so early by the light.. I would recommended and I would also return, Thankyou!

We had such an amazing time it's hard to describe. The apartment is close to the beach, and the illicit burgers in the same building has such an amazing vibe that I will remember my time there for life. Thanks for having us Pedro.

Raquel’s place is in a great location! Directly across from the beach. It was so nice waking up to ocean views every morning while we had our coffee. Lots of restaurants and bars around. The place itself is very clean and well maintained. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Algarve area.

If you want a relatively quiet, clean, convenient, and comfortable place in the heart of Old Town Lagos, this is the apartment! Above TWO coffee shops actually (one is sit down, one is takeaway!), this flat has everything you might need for any length of stay. I can't think of anything it was missing (other than paper towels). Just watch the annoying slats under the mattress (easy to adjust but annoying when they come off the rails!). I read reviews before staying here and I can see how the bathroom situation might not be ideal for some. There is no bathroom door (there is a curtain), but a clear glass door into the toilet and another clear glass door into the shower. I say "relatively" quiet because you will hear occasional street noise, but only one night out of four was disruptive, because a rooftop bar on the next block was having a smooth jazz party (did it have to be smooth jazz?!). Otherwise, it was extremely quiet indoors, and not at all noisy outside on the beautiful patio.

An absolutely beautiful place to say, super clean, with comfortable bed , great swimming pool and a ton of little add ons like beach umbrellas were available etc . Both Oliver and Nina were so friendly and accommodating. It’s a truly peaceful place to stay in that gives you very relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you to you both for having us.

Peggy was extremely kind and responded quickly to our messages. She met us for check-in and explained everything!! The apartment is on the top floor and a 10 min walk to most things. The porch doesn’t have an ocean view, it is a view of the city which is still very pretty! The apartment was very very clean! I would definitely stay here again!! Parking was easy also. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

The apartment is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The host is very responsive to messages, and the place is clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommended!

Bruno’s place was exactly what was advertised. 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Europe and 10 minutes to city center. Perfect for my family and our short trip to Lagos. Bruno communicated daily and gave some tips about what to do in Lagos. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Beautiful apartment, super comfortable with lots of extra homely touches and amenities. The food and drink welcome pack was most appreciated. Casa Surf Love is situated in an ideal location for both walking in to the centre of Alvor and going to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay at Ana’s place. The location is perfect! Beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are all just minutes away by foot. It’s also centrally located within the Algarve region, so if you have a rental car, you can plan on all kinds of amazing things to do and places to see. Her place also has some extras that made our stay perfect…a water cooler for refilling water bottles, a washing machine and a separate dryer, a soft-sided cooler with ice packs, beach towels, and a view of the ocean! Ana is an excellent host! She answered any and all questions quickly. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

if I could give Anita 10 stars I would. Met by the host, in this case Antonio, and shown everything about the apartment, ideas for activities AND given an incredible welcome package that allowed us 2 tired travellers to just relax on the balcony with nibbles etc. and a gorgeous view. Among other things, Beautiful, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and living room (love that "cuddle" chair). I could go on and on. You won't regret staying here. We recommend 100%!

Carlota’s place is located in amazing Villa with beautiful surroundings! Amazing beaches to get to and her local recommendations were excellent ! The pool was great but unfortunately due to the weather it was a bit too cold to use and shower facilities were under construction. The only downside is the bed option, as described from the picture, the main bedroom is with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. One big bed would’ve been more comfortable but breathtakingly beautiful view makes everything ok. We had some issue with laundry machine as it wasn’t in a good condition but we cleaned it and bought strong scent laundry detergent made it usable again! Wonderful memories from the beautiful landscape and activities and especial thanks to warm and heart full neighbor downstairs! Thank you again and it was a pleasant stay!

Amazing place to stay. Multiple beaches within walking distance. As we left we all wanted to stay longer to explore more.

The place was gorgeous, right next to the beach. The balcony was our favorite part about the apartment, we enjoyed every single evening there. Thank you for a little welcome package! Would definitely come back anytime in Albufeira.
