Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bang Lamung Sub-district

Like others I had a little bit of difficulty finding the location. GPS took our driver to a different spot, but we were ultimately able to find it. And our host was very responsive in communicating. My best advice if you have trouble finding it navigate to peaky blinders restaurant that’s right next door to it. There was an issue with our original room, but we were given an upgraded larger room. The electricity cost was more than I expected but given the cost and size of the room the total cost was still an ok value. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in need a a place in this location.

Panatda is a great host very responsive and friendly. The place is centrally located near restaurants and the beach. The place very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool on the 31st floor very nice and beautiful. If I get back to Pattaya, I would definitely rent this place again.

The apartment offers really nice sea views and beautiful sunsets, which were definitely the highlight of the stay. It was clean and as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, and the building staff were polite and friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, so a motorbike is pretty much necessary to get around. It’s about 10 minutes to Jomtien and 20 minutes to central Pattaya. That said, the area is quiet, which some may prefer. There are a few good restaurants and beach bars nearby, especially on the left side near the resorts—worth checking out if you’re staying in. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter place with a nice view and don’t mind a short ride to the main areas.

We had one of the best stays in the Pattaya here, we arrived at the villa just a little past 5pm and the check in was easy and clear. My girlfriend is obsessed with the duck floatable and the pool water was clean and lovely when we arrive. The interior was very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities including an air fryer and a rice cooker. TV was easy to access and it has got everything from Netflix to YT access. Would prefer to have like a small storage space in the small bedroom with a spare hairdryer but aside from that it was perfect! Will definitely book this villa again when I come back to Pattaya!

Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants close nearby. The pool was fun, and had a slide which the little kids enjoyed. The whole house was clean. The kids also really liked the karaoke machine and sang songs for many hours. Overall a great stay.

absolutely awesome view! place is right in the middle of everything. there is some loud noise at night because of its proximity to everything but nothing you can't sleep through

ReNee's prepared instructions for checking in were clear and easy to understand. The location of The Base Building was ideal for me, its away from the husel and busle but very close to the beach with plenty of local amenities.. The apartment was clean and tidy, it had everything that you'll likely need, such as an iron / ironing board, washing machine, microwave, plenty of utensils in the kitchen and had some complimentary condiments which was nice to find. FYI, the rubbish cupboard is right opposite the apartment which was handy. Overall I had a nice experience and no issues, I would recommend people to stay here. Thank you RaNee.
