Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bang Lamung Sub-district

As always good, I have stayed for the third time, the host was very friendly and helpful, this time I spent forty days here happy holiday!

The apartment offers really nice sea views and beautiful sunsets, which were definitely the highlight of the stay. It was clean and as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, and the building staff were polite and friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, so a motorbike is pretty much necessary to get around. It’s about 10 minutes to Jomtien and 20 minutes to central Pattaya. That said, the area is quiet, which some may prefer. There are a few good restaurants and beach bars nearby, especially on the left side near the resorts—worth checking out if you’re staying in. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter place with a nice view and don’t mind a short ride to the main areas.

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

Fantastic place and it being on the 23 floor made it easy to get away from the nose and when you are ready to go out have a good time, Pattaya night life is literally at the door step

Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants close nearby. The pool was fun, and had a slide which the little kids enjoyed. The whole house was clean. The kids also really liked the karaoke machine and sang songs for many hours. Overall a great stay.

Awesome and beautiful condo. Everything down to smallest detail was provided and everything in condo was first class.Great location. Great views from balcony. Perfect communication with GREAT hosts and included breakfast buffet at Pascals fine dining restaraunt was a very welcome bonus. Very best place i have ever stayed. Feels right at home the moment we stepped into her apartment! Everything in the home fits exactly from the photo in the listing. Host is exceptionally responsive and friendly. Water pressure in both bathrooms are great! all rooms have awesome view of the beach and surroundings. Highly recommended!

I really can't think the host for all the help and prompt responses ,it was a great place convenient to everything I will hopefully find another of chens places on my return trip.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet – modern, sauber und sehr durchdacht eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Die Lage ist hervorragend: zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind schnell erreichbar. Auch für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Ying war eine großartige Gastgeberin – freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar.
