We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Gave a fantastic vibe. The hot stub was clean, private and lovely. You wont be disappointed whatsoever here. Thank you for being a fantastic host Rebecca.

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Very nice stay, if we are ever in Port Hope again we will be staying here! Close to downtown, and the place is private and well kept! Would recommend!

Art’s place is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. It’s a big property with lots of space. The waterfront was pristine with clear water and no weeds. The interior has plenty of space to play games, enjoy the view and simply just relax. We would love to spend an entire week there the next time if Art would welcome us back.

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. One of the most amazing views I've ever had at a cottage. So many windows that can open to let the beautiful sunshine and breeze in. Fans, AC and heat allowed for perfect temperature control.

My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

Had a great stay! Very comfortable, clean and great communication from Vlad! Had a high chair available for use which was a nice touch! The only feedback we would give would be it would be nice to have more than two towels for a family especially being that there’s a pool but that was no big deal! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan & Craig’s cottage by Rice Lake! The place was peaceful, clean, and beautifully located—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was getting early access to their lovely pool, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even more enjoyable. Susan & Craig were kind and responsive hosts, and their attention to detail really showed. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

We were looking for a nice place with indoor pool for our kids, this place was exactly what we were hoping for! The house is very nice, has a few stores nearby to buy anything you might forgot back home. We will definitely come back again!

We stay for 2 nights it was a perfect getaway for us. Lots to do inside and outside our little ones really enjoyed. The host was super nice and responsive. The house was very clean and the detail of the house was very homey. We really enjoyed our stay. Most recommended to book this it was very worth it.

We stayed from 4 night, and despite having almost 72 hours of light but constant rain (it looked like a veil of rain when looking over the fields), we were very comfortable and cozy in the cottage. The trails attached to the cottage are a nice gateway into the surrounding forests. They are and thick with trees that sheltered us from the rain (and any cabin fever). This location also prvoided us easy access (via bike) to the Durham mountain bike trails in the area when the rain let up finally, near the end of our stay.

We stayed at the North COTTAGE for a ladies work trip to Peterborough. Everything was as listed, and this was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have stayed in! We really loved the coffee bar, and the morning view was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were very clean and great to use after a long day of training. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Mike!

Had a great stay at Farah's cottage. The place was exactly as described and had some decorative touches which made the cottage even nicer. The river is fun to paddle on and neighbours were friendly. Everyone keeps at reduced boat speed so swimming was safe as long as you have a bouy with you. We enjoyed the paddle boards, bonfire outside and hot showers at the end of the day. Farah was lovely to communicate with & reliable.

Very cozy cabin. Has everything you could need, all what you have to bring is your clothings. We even had the chance to taste their homemade maple syrup! Close enough to Bancroft but still tranquil, nobody can access the cabin but you. We saw people stopping by on the otherside of the lake but it feels OK and not invading, it is far enough to not care. Wildlife was abundant. We did not have much mosquitoes or annoying bugs outside and literally none inside. We went there as a couple with a dog and, once used to the space the cabin offers, did not feel squeezed, although it is not huge. Hosts were very kind and responsive. If you like small, serene and cozy places, this is a must try.

The house was spotless and the garden was absolutely lovely. Both we and our dog had a wonderful time during our stay. We always bring our own sheets to Airbnb stays, but we couldn’t help noticing how fresh and clean the ones here smelled — that was a really nice touch. Many of the things we brought with us were already available in the house, which made everything so convenient. Hot water was always available, which made our stay even more comfortable. The garden was peaceful, filled only with the sounds of birds and frogs — it was truly relaxing to just listen to nature. Getting away from Toronto for a few days was exactly what we needed. Before we arrived, Dylan had kindly left firewood out in the yard for us — that was such a thoughtful gesture and we really appreciated it. As a suggestion, the double bed could use some improvement — it wasn’t very comfortable. Also, the mosquitoes were really intense; despite using repellent, we were bitten all over. Amy & David's place is peaceful heaven, when you need quite break from your work and city. Its a good quiet neighbourhood with all necessary resources. Although everything nearby closes at 8pm can be challenging. So stock up your food in advance. Amy & David are friendly and responsive whenever needed. All the nearby attractions are just 15-20 mins away. The best part is star gazing at night. Pro tip: bring your tripod to get a breathtaking snap of sky full of stars.
