The views for this place were even better than the pictures can portray! There was a view outside of every window! The host was easy to communicate with and made it feel so welcome! This cabin feels like it's loved and part of a family. Such an incredible spot!

Stein-Ove and Marita are the best possible hosts, as they do their ultimate best to make sure that their guests have a phenomenal experience, in their fabulous house, in the unique environment of Lofoten. What stands out the most, from my view, is that the guests get the real experience of real life in such remote area of the world. This was my and my wife's intention, totally fulfilled beyond expectations, and we will never forget what we saw and how we felt. The house is situated in a magnificent location, between splendid mountains and coastline, and still easily accessible via a road where there is very little traffic, which ensure total peace. We felt what it means to have a family life in Lofoten, basically the experience cannot be more authentic, truly. Needless to say, the house was spotlessly clean and had all facilities to feel at home, e.g. we could use the kitchen to have a peaceful dinner overlooking the ocean. In brief, if you want the real experience, do book this house!

What a fantastic place to stay! Furnished 💚 with great attention to detail, it radiates an incredible calm. The location is simply unique - ideal for switching off and enjoying. From check-in to checkout, everything went smoothly. The furnishings are of high quality and there is everything you need. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The sauna is an absolute highlight - an unforgettable experience, especially at midnight sun! ☀️ The host was always available and very friendly. A nice and spacious apartment with everything you need, making cooking easy. Beautiful decor, plenty of blankets, and extra points for the fantastic sheets. There was a waterfall in the yard, and it was fun to watch the harbor life from the windows. You could conveniently park your car in the yard. The store was nearby. Thank you Kine!

Beautiful house cozily furnished. Thanks to the beautiful weather, we could even had the chance to bask in the sun on the lovely terrace. Absolutely quiet location at the end of a dead end road.

We really loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for our trip around the Lofoten. The area is quiet but still super central for driving around and going for hikes. Also we were able to charge our EV which was just perfect. If we are able to revisit the Lofoten we would always come back to this absolute gem!

The host is very responsive. The unit is easy to locate. The place is quite, with 1 car parking slot available. The floor is a bit sticky.

We highly recommend booking this appartment. It is located in the small harbour of Kaljord, ferry only passes by few times per day and you can barely hear it. The availability of the ferry makes this the perfect place to visit Lofoten. The appartment is spacious and clean and provides all the comfort one could need.

We were great at André e Ida's place. The bed was super comfy, and we could leave our car at the door without a problem. If you want to visit Lofoten, staying in Gravdal is a good option because it is relatively close to everything beautiful to see (maximum 1 hour - 1 hour and a half car from the accommodation).

What a great place to stay! Unlike many other listings on Airbnb, this apartment felt like a home and not a holiday rental. It’s very nicely decorated with among others beautiful plants, the bed has the greatest comfort you could think of, the kitchen has everything you need; pots and pans, plates, etc are all of high quality. Everything in this apartment feels premium. And on top of that, Hilde is a perfect host. She even passed by to ask if everything was ok and we had a nice chat. If I could give this apartment and Hilde more than five stars, I would be glad to do so. I highly recommend staying here!

Very stylishly furnished apartment with views of the harbor entrance and the arrival of the Hurtigrut ships. Public sauna right next door, best restaurant of northern Norway about a 20-minute walk.

We stayed 3 nights and this new apartment allowed us to explore Lofoten with ease - Leknes was close by for everything we needed. Clean tidy uncluttered - it got to be said.

Peder is very nice host with clear instructions. He took care of us from beginning to end. Especially he gave us the fresh fish when he knew we like fresh fish. He made a special fishing for us that day. The fish is so fresh and tasted. He offered us a lot of activities if we have a free time. The place is surrounded in wood and very peaceful. It is good for a family for a long vacation. We strongly recommend it.

The house was really wonderful and we had an amazing holiday! Area is so beautiful! It is in walking distance from shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to get around. The house itself is cosy and nicely decorated. Everything was super clean. We were delighted, how well equipped the kitchen was. We could come back anytime!!

Such a wonderful place to stay for a trip full of outdoor adventure and midnight sun in Lofoten! The apartment had everything we needed, was in a beautiful and quiet little cove with a stunning view, and just a short drive away from all sorts beautiful beaches, hikes, and quaint little towns. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore the area!
