Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ballard, Seattle

I had a nice time at Stephanie’s place, it was my first time in Seattle so I was quite nervous but it was great to have a peaceful hideaway where I could get quiet and rest whenever I needed it. It was a beautiful neighborhood. I loved the travel book collection in the sitting room and was so thrilled to have a bath tub as soon as I many airbnbs don’t have that when you have a basement stay. So that was great. Stephanie was really responsive too and helped me and even offered to get me ice cream when I wasn’t feeling well which was lovely of her.

We were in town for our son's college graduation at Seattle Pacific University and the location was perfect! It was easy to get to campus, close to good coffee (Ugly Mug - down the hill on) Dravus) and we could always find a parking spot in front of the house. The layout was perfect for the two of us and it was easy to have our son and partner over to hang out in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the provided toiletries were delightful. We'd stay here again!

We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

Nicole's hospitality was the best we've received so far! The space was quiet, coffee ready for the morning and she was very responsive. she also let us know about a pod of orcas moving through the sound! if we go back to Seattle, we'll stay here again.

Scott’s place was a PERFECT home base in Ballard! He was extremely communicative and the location was ideal for getting around — a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Ballard, and convenient access to the 40 and 44 buses. The unit was quiet and had everything you could need to settle in. The bed was comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen had every appliance you would want. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

The Cortado was a fantastic space in a quiet, cozy neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A great coffee shop is steps away, and a great selection of restaurants is just a bit further. Hosts Jeffrey and Christian were highly responsive and helpful in answering all our inquiries. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Home away from home - a short-but-sweet stay on a lovely Seattle weekend.

Beautiful home in gorgeous neighborhood. Enjoyed morning walks to sunset hills park (marina/mountain views with a sea lion chorus) and jogs to golden gardens. Sam is very responsive and a great host.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very comfortable. This cute little private basement apartment was perfect for our little city get away. The place was modern meets old Seattle craftsman- love. Also, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Tucked in a cute little residential neighborhood. Maple leaf park and Macrina Bakery is within walking distance. Lee also had this place stocked with teas, spices and nice cookware for eating in. (Trader Joe’s spices and teas to be exact!) We will be back!

Matt and Amy’s property was very beautiful. The description matched everything. They were always responsive and communicated very well. Super friendly and flexible. They allowed us to check in early which coming off a flight was greatly appreciated. Thank you again to them both!!

The place was spotless and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We really liked how well the house was managed and organized. What stood out the most was the excellent location—perfect for two families with a toddler. It was just a 10–15 minute drive to key attractions like the Space Needle, parks, beaches, and Pike Place Market. Highly recommend this place for family get-togethers, especially on busy weekends!

The cottage was amazing - our local friends will absolutely be recommending this for future stays. Everything was very clean and organized. The host had great instructions and fast responses. Location was nested in a great neighborhood that was walker-friendly with amazing views of the mountains across the Sound, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. Cottage itself was private and the perfect amount of space for us (party of 2). Bed was comfortable - and that’s coming from someone with some back issues. We highly recommend.

It was nice to have this space to go home to at the end of each busy day. There isn’t much privacy due to the homes surrounding this one and we liked to keep the windows open for cool air, but it was still comfortable and felt very safe and quiet. Our kids enjoyed playing with the toys provided in the basement and we enjoyed having the ability to do laundry and make breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. We walked to many locations nearby and really enjoyed the connectivity to the Ballard area. We would definitely stay here again!

Kelly and Will were incredibly helpful, considerate, and super responsive. They made staying at their place as easy as possible. Their space was clean and beautiful, had a big grass backyard, and was perfect for our two families to stay with three little ones. Easy parking, quiet neighborhood, easy drive from many attractions and parks. We did not meet Kelly and Will but everything was exactly as they said — total hosting pros!

This airbnb was in a great location and near many of Seattle’s attractions! We really enjoyed being able to easily walk to the Space Needle and nearby restaurants. The condo was also super cozy and clean! The air conditioner and fans did a great job of blocking out the city noises. The condo required a code to get inside, so it felt very secure. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed a this little gem of a spot for a week in Seattle. It was fantastic. It's right off of some of the main Capitol Hill streets where there are great restaurants, bars and stores. Awesome view of the Seattle skyline, including the Space Needle and the Olympic Mountains as well. In a relatively quiet, safe neighborhood too. Very clean and great value! Would definitely recommend.

We had come to see the Seattle International Film Festival. We quickly found we could not have chosen a better location. We had a choice of two convenient buses to take us to the Seattle Center for films near there and two choices for downtown for movies there. While we did not, you could also catch convenient busses to Green Lake or the University district. If you want to be in Seattle without a car, you could not find a better place.

We really enjoyed the stay at Brianne’s place, great location surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, the place is very cozy and clean. We never get tired of the view of the balcony! Highly recommended!!!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

Lyle was an incredible host. The unit was in a great location, decorated so cute, and very clean. It had everything we needed! Lyle provided very clear instructions for entry and checked in with us more than once. We had a wonderful time in Seattle and would highly recommend staying here!

Lessley has been excellent. She has been communicative and her website she created had all the instructions in there. The house was super cute and she even labels the remotes so you know what is what. Love that the restroom floor is heated too, a pleasant surprise :) One thing to notice was the hallway to her place smelled of heavy cigarette smokes, it isn’t her doing but it’s unfortunate as the smell can mildly leak into the apartment to the kitchen area. Overall, loved the apartment and the appliances are all well maintained and clean. I would stay again - highly recommend!

A lovely stay! The apartment was perfect for us, the beds were comfy, amenities as described. Benjamin always responded in a timely fashion if we had questions. The building is quiet, never heard neighbors, very secure. Loved the rooftop, it is a must see! Close to everything! We didn't need a car, used Uber or Lyft if we didn't want to walk and most fees were under 10$. Best suited for 2-3 people.
