House holiday rentals in Ballard, Seattle

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Amazing stay right in the heart of downtown. So easy to walk to Pike Place Market and conference center. So much to do in Seattle that was easily accessible from this location. Target underneath a huge plus for things we might have forgotten to pack. Taylor was very responsive and available for questions or concerns. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Amenities in the building (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub) were amazing. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back to visit in the future.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

The place was great location , didn't expect it to be close to the center but yes I chose the right location close to everything. As for the host she was kind, quick to respond, and the cleanliness was top-notch. again walking through the trees,forest kinda to the house was the best peaceful thing ever happened to me since the year began. I think i will just make this my second home every time I'm in town.

If you love cooking in a well stocked kitchen, if you love a shower with phenomenal water pressure, if you like to start or end your days in a clean beautifully kept sauna and wake up to sun drenched living and dining rooms, look no further. This lovely home was a retreat and great to return to at the end of our days sight seeing and traveling around Seattle and the Washington area. The hosts were responsive proactive and had wonderful suggestions on places to visit!

We were blown away from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The pictures don’t even do it justice! Where do I start? The view, the gorgeous interior design, the best stocked kitchen with every appliance we could dream of, the spacious deck and delightful gardens and outdoor shower with hot water. Shannon was the most incredible host we’ve ever had. And I’ve stayed in well over 30 Airbnbs. She proactively offered early check-in when her cleaning team was done early, provided recommendations for restaurants and activities and even left us a little welcome gift. Thank you for sharing this treasure with us Shannon!

We were in Seattle for our grandson's bar mitzvah and found this place because it was close to where the service was happening. We really love this house. It had everything we needed, including and cooking pans and opportunities for recycling and composting. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom upstairs with the king bed was so relaxing and sleep Able. There was even a highchair for our one year-old granddaughter who came by for dinner. The kitchen was small, but we were able to make enchiladas for a big group of people with the things that we found their plus we got two 9 x 13 glass pans from IKEA that we left there for the next person. At first, after we had been in the house and left and came back, we could not remember the door code and reaching out to Airbnb was a nightmare. At one point, we got a message that we would have to wait 24 hours to try again. But then I remembered the code and we got in, but it was a bit stressful to say the least.

Our family needed a place to stay for a wedding and this was the perfect little house for our stay. Very family friendly with amenities that made the trip much smoother than it would have been without them such as bed bumpers, a high chair, pack and play, etc. The house was in pristine condition and very thoughtfully organized and laid out. The basement had a Pac-Man gaming system and foosball table which entertained the kids for awhile, along with many board game options, books, dolls, magnatiles, and more. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many things to do such as the zoo or rose garden. Couldn’t recommend this home enough! Thank you for having us!

This is wonderful place in a great location, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking to GreenLake. The house is quiet in a nice neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Greenlake. We were in Seattle to look at our relocation options, and the house was central to what we needed. Very cute and easily accessible to walk at Greenlake, visit local cafes, have good food, and of course, easy to commute to downtown. The home was as described, perfect for two people, and we really enjoyed our meals on the patio. We did have to visit a cafe for wifi access since we worked a few times while there. That's my only "warning," however. Just be ready to have options if you need to work, especially two people, eating up video and internet time. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay! I also appreciated that Jennifer let us check in earlier due to our early flight arrival. That was very kind of them!

We really enjoyed Lara’s place. We loved the location and it was easy to walk to the grocery store and local businesses. The house was clean and everything was as advertised!

Great location for all Ballard has to offer and access to Seattle’s activities. Well organized with all we needed for an easy stay. Perfect for the 3 of us- thank you!

We loved our stay. The home is warm and welcoming. It is charmingly decorated. Lots of light. Great landscaping. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. The neighborhood is lovely and it is a great Ballard location. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Lots of fun details to make it feel like home. A lot of thought and care went into this property. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime.

Ryan was great. place worked great for what we needed. Neighborhood was safe and the town was great. A little inconvenient not to be able to park in front of the place, but as he says on street parking is easy to find and get to. would recommend for sure, especially if you want an easy commute to downtown, ballparks, piers, etc. 5/5 would recommend.

We had 3 adults and a toddler stay at George’s place! It was easy to access and a great location for where we spent most of our time (in the Fremont/Ballard neighborhoods). The pack n play and stroller were super helpful to have available.

Excellent rental in a newly built building on a residential lot in the heart of Ballard. A quick walk to shops, restaurants, bars, concert venues, and the farmers market. Easy access to the beach and to the great Burke-Gilman running and hiking trail. The guys are extremely responsive. The place is spotless and clutter free. Neighbors are very nice, too. Great spot - stay here and relax.

Kevin was very responsive and provided extensive instructions, which was appreciated. The home was lovely and very clean, in a terrific neighborhood. The only note is that the back two bedrooms do not have AC, though they do have tower fans to help cook the place down.
