Cabin holiday rentals in Ballachulish

Absolutely beautiful lodge with an amazing view of Loch Ness. Easy walk to The Falls of Foyers and down to the shores of the loch. The hot tub was amazing, the lodge was very clean and the instructions for access were helpful and accurate. We hired a car which I would recommend and we visited Fort Augustus, Inverness and Chanonry Point (got to see dolphins!). All of these were easily driveable from the lodge. One of the nicest places I've stayed and we will definitely recommend to friends!

Lovely stay here after our wedding. Was very peaceful! Saw lots of deer and an owl, amazing!!

This cabin was idealic. Stunning location, so peaceful and the cabin itself was perfect. Spotlessly clean, every utensil you could need. Comfortable beds and pillows ( I would like to know where the pillows were purchased) fresh clean bedding. The hot tub was incredible. The bbq was a lovely bonus which we used of an evening. Would highly recommend and would love to return. Thank you Jane the stay was faultless 💗

The perfect stay in the Scottish wilderness without compromising comfort. Loved all the small luxuries like welcome basket, local soaps, gorgeous bathroom with couples robes & of course the hot tub! Fab for a couple travelling with their dog! Will definitely be returning :)

Not much else I can say other the FABULOUS. Such a relaxing and peaceful location with wildlife surrounding you including a Golden Eagle! The cabin itself has everything you need for a luxurious self-catering stay and we enjoyed each and all of the the facilities. Thank you so much.

This was our absolute FAVORITE stay in all of Scotland! The location is very peaceful and the house was so so clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and so many thoughtful touches throughout the home (robes, yummy snacks, local recommendations). Margaret was so kind and friendly in communications and we LOVED meeting the cows, sheep and chickens! Our only regret was that we only stayed one night as we wish we had more time to enjoy this incredible place. Seriously do not miss out on booking this spot- if and when we are back in Scotland we will for sure be back to Riverview!

A really well designed home that is furnished to an exceptional standard. We loved all of the locally produced items, a lovely touch. Great location close to Broadford and all of the shops, cafes, and restaurants. Gasta was great for pizza and only a 5 minute walk. Cafe bothy was also great for breakfast / brunch. We had a very comfortable stay, perfect for exploring Skye.

Great place. Small, but had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. It was a little loud at night since it’s right off the road, but wasn’t too bad. Would recommend to anyone visiting Fort William!

was only using as an overnight stop so didn't have opportunity to spend much time there but was cosy and a lovely setting

This is a beautiful part of Scotland,all the walks that are local are beautiful. It’s a great base to have because there are lots of places within 30-45 minutes. The village is beautiful and we will be returning. Watch the shinty when you are there …

Absolutely nothing to report. Very welcoming and available host. Completely independent housing, sufficiently well-equipped. Quiet place with views of Ben Nevis. Easy parking.

Just home from 3 nights with our friends and our dogs. Cabin is immaculate and has everything you need. Also lovely we box of goodies left for us on arrival and box of goodies for the dogs I thought that was a nice surprise. Very peaceful place and decorated beautiful. Decking area fab to sit and relax. We were unlucky with the weather but still managed to have a great time. Decking area is sheltered from rain so we were still able to sit out and enjoy the views. Caroline was very responsive to messages and a great host we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had an amazing time in Alyson’s cabin. Even though the weather wasn’t kind, the view from the cabin makes up for it. Watching the weather change and the wonderful rainbows-amazing. Luss is a quaint, popular little village. So lovely when all the coach trips go home and you can explore on your own . There are a few places to eat and drink in Luss, the Loch Lomond hotel was lovely. We had a great walk up Ben Dubh, which is just behind Luss and also visited Conic Hill for an easier hike. The village walks are really pleasant too. The cabin had everything needed for a short stay, it was clean and well equipped. We would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the cabin with our dog. It’s very well located, just over an hour from Glasgow but quiet and secluded. The cabin is comfortable and has everything one would need for a few days in the highlands. The wood burner is a lovely touch and keeps the place warm and cosy. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The whole place was also spotless and well maintained. Cornelius was a very responsive and accommodating host!

Absolutely loved every aspect of our stay, the attention to detail was exceptional with everything considered to make our stay the perfect weekend away. Will most definitely be back, hats off to Sharon and Ian for offering such a fantastic rental property. Grant, Bianca and Daniel the dog x

Lovely view of the lake. Great position for visiting the local area. Pod in great condition (like brand new). The small dishwasher was a surprise 😀. Good directions from the host to find pod. Host available but discreet. We had a lovely time!

Fantastic wee stay in a bothy outside Mallaig. Clear instructions on how to get there. Absolutely spotless inside on arrival. The welcome basket was so appreciated!! Lots of tasty Scottish goodies- the irn bru cans was an extra delight! WiFi was fantastic for being so remote. TV had fab options and really thought the automatic sign out was an excellent idea. Shower pressure was amazing! Great recommendations for things around the local area: walks, activities and restaurants! Lot of time, thought and care has clearly went into the Bothy, which elevated our experience

Beautiful cottage with amazing view. Was so nice meeting James and he was a wealth of information on things to do in the area. Would highly recommend!

Elaine’s small home was perfect for our quick stay passing through the Highlands. Very warm and cozy. I wish we could’ve spent more time here!

Esther's place is simply beautiful- the views are stunning and what you expect from vacation home! They both are awesome hosts and super kind & adjusting - especially when we ended up going to some other place 🤣🤣 The place is spotless (& I mean it)

A great place to stay. Walkable to Fort William amenities and Ben Nevis visitor centre/start point but a nice quiet location with great views. Lodge had everything needed, was clean and had comfortable beds. Had 2 toilets as well which is rare in comparison to similar properties

A delightful well presented log cabin cleaned to a high standard. The electric heating system was simple to use unlike other places ive been. Well recommended. Beautiful location viewing ben nevis every morning and not in the distance real close up. I will return.
