Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Balearic Islands

Ce logement est excellent pour les gens qui aiment le calme et la nature. La vallée de Cala Tuent est au pied du Puig Major. On voit donc la mer (20 minutes à pied) au niveau 0 et le sommet de la montagne la plus haute de Majorque à 1436 m. Dans la nuit, les étoiles sont si proches. L'appartement est très spacieux pour deux personnes avec un grand salon. Les tours de randonnée dans le coin sont superbes. En revanche, il faut apporter votre nourriture pour plusieurs journées car le supermarché le plus proche est à > 1 heure en voiture.

I can't say enough good things about Macarena's place. The location is amazing, like going back in time except that there are amazing restaurants that take credit cards! Valldemossa is so beautiful and the location is excellent for exploring the Tramuntana. Macarena is a great host - so friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommended.

C’est un petit coin paisible où tout est doux et calme, la lumière est chaude, les oiseaux, les poules, les chats, le chien, tout le monde vous invites à ralentir, à vous détendre, et contempler le calme. Nous avions une jolie chambre très belle, cozy, tout était là pour qu’on ai de quoi se préparer des petits plats (et heureusement, car on avait même pas envie de quitter l’endroit pour manger ailleurs.) Les matériaux sont nobles, d’une simplicité parfaite! La piscine est délicieuse, invitante! Notre hôte était accueillant et bienveillant. Je souhaite à tous le monde de goûter au bonheur qu’offre cet endroit merveilleux!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft - genauso wie erwartet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt (wir waren 4 Wochen dort) benötigt. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Unterkunft mit Terasse liebevoll dekoriert. Man bekommt jede menge Landluft, Ruhe und jederzeit die Möglichkeit Abwechslung in den Städten, am Strand oder Gebirge zu bekommen oder sich im nahegelegen Inca mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken. Für uns war’s perfekt. Juan und Mar waren jederzeit gut zu erreichen und haben sich zeitnah um unsere Anliegen gekümmert:)

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

Alba’s house was one of the most beautiful & exquisite Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. The house is absolutely stunning and everything feels new, stylish & of high quality. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! And we slept soo good, surrounded by the silence and nature 😴 Alba was always very attentive & responsive to our messages and we felt right at home. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet & luxurious getaway immersed in nature - this airbnb is for you. We can’t wait to return again soon!

We had a very nice and relaxing time at Michel's place. The host, Michel, is very responsive and really strives to make sure his guests are having the best experience possible. The little house has everything you could need for a week stay- washing machine, equipped kitchen, space for your clothes and items. Despite the space being quite small, they do a good job at optimizing the space. The area is picturesque and you feel you have good privacy since the house is well positioned. The only thing small thing to mention is that the ceilings are low, which for my case, despite not being super tall (180cm) I hit my head several times. I learned slowly to duck and maneuver, but for just a weeks stay, I left with a few bruises. Overall, I'd recommend fully the stay with Michel.

Carmen’s place is a dream beach house! The house is immaculate and you can tell they have paid so much attention to every detail. Communication with Carmen was also perfect! The part of the house we enjoyed the most was the beautiful terrace full of plants and flowers, table with chairs and even lounge chairs! If we were to go back to Mallorca we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! There are a few rules to follow to help conserve energy, trash selection etc but we felt it was the least we could do to help preserve such a neat place!

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

Absolutely fabulous apartment - spacious, clean, nicely appointed. The terrace in particular is really wonderful - amazing views out and a glorious place to hang out. Location is perfect in Port de Pollenca, just along the promenade from numerous restaurants and bars and supermarkets. Great tips from Sebastia on restaurants. We also really appreciated the welcome pack of water, coffee, milk etc - nice little touches and felt very considerate. Bedroom is at the back so very quiet and has it's own air con which was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat! Overall - an absolutely excellent stay, highly highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay. The host greeted us at arrival and explained the house etc. had lots of information ready. He responded to questions and requests within 5 minutes he was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and giving directions etc. I would love to return to this home. It was 15 mins walk into town closer to grocery stores and local restaurants.

It’s a beautiful apartment with gorgeous surroundings and beach! The place is tidy and clean. Definitely recommend it!

Fantastic couple of weeks at this lovely little apartment in Portinatx The main reason for booking this place was the great roof terrace and uninterrupted views of the sea and sunsets, this lived up to our expectations and more. The bedroom also has great views out to sea and the surrounding islands. If you like hiking there are some nice routes along the cliffs to the lighthouse or further on to Cala d’en Serra for a swim to cool off. All the restaurants in Portinatx are easy walking distance or there is a nice little place “Can Beatrice” literally behind the apartments, the Sangria is amazing! Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft, die ruhig gelegen ist und trotzdem ist alles im Ort problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 5 min. ist man im Hafen wo es auch die Möglichkeit gibt schwimmen zu gehen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

excelente el apartamento!! la vista es un espectáculo, todo super limpio, la cama muy cómoda y te dan toallas para la playa. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con un montón de servicios cerca, la playa enfrente muy bonita. Pasamos hermoso!

We really enjoyed our stay at Neil and Julie’s place and especially the little quaint town of Fornalutx! It’s truly a hidden gem! Highly recommend that you have a small car, the roads are very narrow like everyone says. People drive nuts too. Recommend you get the extra insurance too. Trust me. We were able to drive to many places and it’s a 10 min drive to Solier port where we went mostly. We rented a boat twice we loved it so much! A must do is to park at the port then take the train up into the town of Solier which drops you off in town where there’s shopping and lots of great food. Neil was a great host, we had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The building is about 300 yrs old, and has so much charm. It is one block off the main strip so you do have to walk up some stairs and a cobblestone hill to get to it but worth the exercise. We went to all of the restaurants and liked them all. There’s a little market too for fresh veggies, food and everything you need. Loved it!

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse auf der 2. Etage sowie der Zugang zum Meer. Hier auf den Felsen lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und man kann sich sonnen und picknicken. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und super schön! Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind zwar nicht super modern, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

El apartamento ha sido tal cual lo esperado, cómodo, limpio y con todos los detalles bien cuidados, todo maravilloso

Super dejlig lejlighed! Stor og rummelig. Fint køkken, lækker terrasse og gode enkeltsenge. Vi nød at være der. Eneste ting er, at hvis man lejer bil, er det svært at få den parkeret i Sollér. Det kan Nina dog ikke gøre for, så derfor trækker det ikke ned i vores anmeldelse. Men vi vil klart anbefale at tage en taxi op til Soller, medmindre man skal ud og se en masse forskellige steder undervejs.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento y está muy bien ubicado (al lado de la playa y del puerto). La comunicación tanto con Maxim como con su hijo ha sido excelente. Repetiremos.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the port and mountains from the balcony. Perfect for staying with kids, our almost 2 year old was endlessly entertained by the toys and beach bits. Would recommend a buggy for them for the big hill up to the apartment. Really easy check in and pleasant experience with Pere and Jitka. Hopefully will be back again!
