Beach house holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

Our stay was a dream come true. The home was super charming and private, overlooking the stunning ocean. Titi made us feel at home right from the moment we started communicating. She offered us to arrive an evening early (we couldn't change our tickets in time unfortunately!), and stay for a late check out, all complimentary, which was so generous and thoughtful. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, and a magical bedroom upstairs with a separate entrance, which we very much enjoyed. The air conditioning was perfect, every amenity as described, and the wifi was great for working remotely. We couldn't rave about this place enough and can't wait to return! Thank you Titi!

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Sanam was an amazing host. The place was very well setup with lots of love and care. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy well equipped home. She had snacks and water kept for us, which is such a kind gesture. The only con I would say is, it was a bit expensive. All amenities worked very well - the air conditioning, hot water, etc.

A great week's stay at Puerto Adriano Villa - the Pool & Villa were very clean and well equipped - Carlos is a super lovely host! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday, like dropping off a cake and bottle of Cava for my husband's birthday - a kind and thoughtful surprise! The area is quiet and easy to walk to the Spar supermarket & restaurants down to Port Adriano. Easy access to the Motorway for a trip to Palma and the rest of Mallorca. We loved everything thank you Carlos!!

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

We recently stayed in Villa Can Bari as a family of 5 (parents with adult children) , the place was absolutely perfect for us with plenty of room to spread ourselves around and have time out on our own if we liked . The villa exceeded expectation and from the moment we walked in we felt very settled . It has lots of useful equipment that you don't necessary always get with a rental - plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, beach towels, insect plugins , board games etc and the villa was very clean . What really stood out was the location and outside space - the view is absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed relaxing and sitting out both in the day watching all the activity on the water and in the harbour and at night when all the restaurants, houses and villas across the bay are lit up - quite magical! Port de Soller is a really beautiful place to visit, with some lovely beaches, excellent choice of restaurants and the charming tram to hop onto to go to Soller and then onto Palma

Very nice stay in Banyalbufar! The accommodation is charming, well decorated and pleasant to live in. The village is superb, with a magnificent view, especially at sunset. The people there are really welcoming and caring. A small issue on the first day, but Tanja and Markus were very responsive and everything was resolved quickly. In addition, they offered us breakfast to apologize, an attention that we greatly appreciated. 5-star service ++! There are very good restaurants in the area. Whether to rest or discover other places on the island, it's a great place. We recommend it without hesitating!

We had a great stay with our family of 5. The kids played in the pool after we returned from daily excursions. There was tons of space for the kids to have fun. You can walk or make a quick drive to Valladmosa

We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

The four of us (children 15/10) had a great stay in summer temperatures in Theo's beautiful house. I would like to highlight the following as particularly positive: the large and beautifully deep pool in the rear area (great for older children), the beautiful and pleasantly airy veranda even at 30 degrees, on which we ate almost all meals, the very well-equipped kitchen (even baking cakes for birthdays was possible), the comfortable beds and the great communication, helpfulness (rental car) and quick response with or from the host. The parasol stand, for example, was replaced faster than we could look. We only imagined the walking distance to the beach to be faster and more direct; you walk about 1 km on the street through the residential area, then continue through the center of Cala Pi and finally down the stairs to the beach. But that's not meant to be a criticism, it's a top house at a fair price that we already miss.

This is our favorite place, we love the scenery, warm breezes, splashing in the pool and barbecuing outdoors on the patio, with a couple of local goats running around. Thank you Daniel for another superb vacation, the oven is a nice update.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We loved a dip in the pool each morning. The house was very clean and the location is very peaceful.

This is a really great house, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with tableware and equipment. It was very thoughtful to provide cutlery and suitable plates for the infant in our party. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean. Veronica was able to provide babysitter details (The babysitter was wonderful btw!). Veronica also responded to and dealt with a small query we had. The house is very well located and it was a very quick walk to the beach and countless restaurants. The garden was well maintained with lots of sun loungers and other seating areas. The quantity of outside towels was very appreciated. An additional bonus were the two horses at the bottom of the garden who paid numerous visits much to the utter delight of the infant! The house is a real gem! The first time you climb up to the highest house in this charming mountain village, it's a bit of a struggle, but it's definitely worth it! The view is unique even by Mallorcan standards. The terrace is spacious and equipped with enough furniture that we felt comfortable as a couple. The lovingly furnished house contains many original artifacts that make the stay special. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well usable. The second bathroom, however, can only be reached via the terrace; for the two of us, it was rather pleasant, because you could use the shower almost like an outdoor shower. Communication with Diego was perfect and very warm! He even helped us with the handover when we were hauling the supplies! Thank you very much for a wonderful week in your little gem! We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Justo’s place and Justo was an amazing host. He regularly checked in on us and also provided some great local tips. The place was very cute and nicely decorated, a perfect home base for our trip to Mallorca. It had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and a washing machine. Absolutely Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City! We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful apartment located right in the historic center. The space is incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the host — truly exceptional! Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, including great local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with so many landmarks, charming streets, and great restaurants just around the corner.

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. It was a pleasure to stay at Toni‘s place. Everything was fine and he helped us during our stay when we need support from someone local. Furthermore he is super friendly and reacts quickly to messages. Location is great, next to a small charming beach and not far away from a bigger one. We are sad to leave but will be back for sure! We had a great time at this beautiful villa with a large, very well-equipped pool. The view is splendid and the location is perfect (close to the beach and shops). In addition, the welcome was perfect with a nice basket containing specialties. We also appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out times.
