Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Balearic Islands

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Highly highly recommend!!

Felt right at home! The house is well decorated and stoked and very peaceful! It was wonderful waking up and either going to look at the ocean or a swim at the Cala! Isabelle was very attentive yet easy going! Great location for a quick drive to other cala’s or smaller towns!

The accommodation was fantastic - just as expected. Everything you need for a stay (we were there for 4 weeks) is available. It makes you feel right at home. The facility is modern and the accommodation with terrace lovingly decorated. You get plenty of country air, peace and quiet and the opportunity to get variety in the cities, on the beach or in the mountains or to stock up on food in nearby Inca. It was perfect for us. Juan and Mar were always easy to reach and took care of our concerns promptly:)

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

We had a very nice and relaxing time at Michel's place. The host, Michel, is very responsive and really strives to make sure his guests are having the best experience possible. The little house has everything you could need for a week stay- washing machine, equipped kitchen, space for your clothes and items. Despite the space being quite small, they do a good job at optimizing the space. The area is picturesque and you feel you have good privacy since the house is well positioned. The only thing small thing to mention is that the ceilings are low, which for my case, despite not being super tall (180cm) I hit my head several times. I learned slowly to duck and maneuver, but for just a weeks stay, I left with a few bruises. Overall, I'd recommend fully the stay with Michel.

Carmen’s place is a dream beach house! The house is immaculate and you can tell they have paid so much attention to every detail. Communication with Carmen was also perfect! The part of the house we enjoyed the most was the beautiful terrace full of plants and flowers, table with chairs and even lounge chairs! If we were to go back to Mallorca we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! There are a few rules to follow to help conserve energy, trash selection etc but we felt it was the least we could do to help preserve such a neat place!

I wish there were 6 stars for such places. Son Salvanet is full of grace, beauty and tranquility, and also the perfect base for forays into Valdemossa and the Tramontana. Casa Mimosa is simple yet has everything one needs. ‘Tread softly for you tread upon … dreams’! PS we are (older) hikers but we managed fine getting bus in to V and walking to SS, but taxi back from SS to Palma, and otherwise on foot or bus plus foot around the area. I say this for people who might like to minimise extra cars in Majorca…

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

Absolutely loved our stay. The host greeted us at arrival and explained the house etc. had lots of information ready. He responded to questions and requests within 5 minutes he was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and giving directions etc. I would love to return to this home. It was 15 mins walk into town closer to grocery stores and local restaurants.

It’s a beautiful apartment with gorgeous surroundings and beach! The place is tidy and clean. Definitely recommend it!

Fantastic couple of weeks at this lovely little apartment in Portinatx The main reason for booking this place was the great roof terrace and uninterrupted views of the sea and sunsets, this lived up to our expectations and more. The bedroom also has great views out to sea and the surrounding islands. If you like hiking there are some nice routes along the cliffs to the lighthouse or further on to Cala d’en Serra for a swim to cool off. All the restaurants in Portinatx are easy walking distance or there is a nice little place “Can Beatrice” literally behind the apartments, the Sangria is amazing! It is a beautiful accommodation, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village can be easily reached on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbor where there is also the possibility to go swimming. Everything you need is available in the apartment, we felt very comfortable.

The apartment is excellent!! The view is spectacular, everything is super clean, the bed is very comfortable and they give you towels for the beach. The place is very quiet and with a lot of services nearby, the beach in front is very nice. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Neil and Julie’s place and especially the little quaint town of Fornalutx! It’s truly a hidden gem! Highly recommend that you have a small car, the roads are very narrow like everyone says. People drive nuts too. Recommend you get the extra insurance too. Trust me. We were able to drive to many places and it’s a 10 min drive to Solier port where we went mostly. We rented a boat twice we loved it so much! A must do is to park at the port then take the train up into the town of Solier which drops you off in town where there’s shopping and lots of great food. Neil was a great host, we had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. The building is about 300 yrs old, and has so much charm. It is one block off the main strip so you do have to walk up some stairs and a cobblestone hill to get to it but worth the exercise. We went to all of the restaurants and liked them all. There’s a little market too for fresh veggies, food and everything you need. Loved it!

Lina’s apartment was perfect. Close to the beach and amazing pools at the complex. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and added extras for the beach. Lina was very responsive and also gave us great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Isabella Beach! It is very close to the beach and has very accessible parking. The Airbnb itself came with many amenities allowing us to cook at home 2 of our 4 nights. We loved hanging outside and it was a great stay overall. The only place of improvement was the smell of the bathroom. They tried to cover it with air fresheners but it was pretty hard being in the bathroom for a long period of time.

Super nice apartment! Large and spacious. Nice kitchen, nice terrace and good single beds. We enjoyed being there. The only thing is that if you rent a car, it is difficult to get it parked in Sollér. However, Nina cannot do anything about it, so it does not affect our review. But we would clearly recommend taking a taxi up to Soller, unless you want to go out and see a lot of different places along the way.

We loved the apartment and it is very well located (next to the beach and the port). Communication with both Maxim and his son has been excellent. We will repeat.
