Cottage holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

It was our first vacation with our 1-year-old baby and we couldn't have chosen a better place. From our arrival (Astrid told us that we could arrive earlier than planned) we were amazed by the beauty of the place, nature, beautiful flowers, the sound of birds, the mountains in the background, the smell of lavender... like in a movie!!! The beautiful house, wonderful decoration and a cleanliness that many luxury hotels would like to have! The kitchen was not lacking in detail and Astrid had any utensil we needed! Our little one had a great time with the dogs and exploring the farm! We have seen incredible sunsets, we have had some barbecues with unbeatable views and we have rested in the super XXL bed! Astrid has been more than kind! Very affectionate and always so attentive! We will definitely repeat because we felt at home!

The house was very beautiful and clean, just like in the pictures. The host responded quickly and was flexible with check-in, which I really appreciated. Just a note for future guests: the location is quite remote and not reachable by public transportation, so a car is definitely necessary. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend it to others who are traveling by car.

The villa is amazing and peaceful ! Spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the Tramuntana. Location is unbeatable if you plan on visiting the 4 corners of the islands. Mar is very responsive with clear instructions and recommendations.

We were on site with a young troupe and we lacked nothing. The spa area and pool were world class. The location of the finca is good. About 20 minutes to Palma. With a rental car, you are definitely very flexible and can get around the island anyway. There's definitely an absolute recommendation from us. We would book again and again.

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

Just returned from a great stay at Cristina’s place. From check in through to check out it was a really great experience. Christina’s Dad who we met was super helpful and so nice. The welcome goodies on arrival were lovely, and such a helpful touch, especially as there are no local shops nearby to buy food/drinks from. The house is really well equipped with everything you need and the setting is beautiful. Calm, pretty, peaceful and the pool area is stunning. The pool is large, modern and so inviting. The drive to the house is lovely and scenic and Cristina is happy to help with local recommendations should you need it. Look forward to returning again.

We had an awsome stay in Monica’s finca! The house and outside area are amazing. The kids loved the pool, that was really great with a large shallow area (our 1,5 yrs enjoyed himself greatly and safely there)! The sitting areas are fantastic and very enjoyable to relax during the day or evening. The house itself is very stylish and colourfull. The house is not very child friendly at first glance per se with a lot of steps, but after a few days our kids managed and navigated around the house perfectly fine. Definately recommend staying here! Monica is very friendly and easy to contact. We had a wonderfull time!

We had the most fantastic time in Soller and much of the good time was due to Miquel and his house. Miquel is everything you want from a host: kind, helpful, welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Top that off with his perfectly located house and you have a five star recommendation. What we especially liked about the house is the private location, but still very close to the city core. You also have all you need within walking distance; petrol station, supermarket, hiking trails and restaurants. Also, the house is truly fully equipped; towels, kitchen, bed sheets and so on. We used the barbecue as much as we could, so after long days on the road or trails we could easily put some fresh fish on the barbecue and enjoy the views and tranquility from the porch. About parking: We rented a Vespa and parked it below the house. No problems at all. It should be noted that the old train runs past just outside the house, but that was never an issue for us.

Gil’s place was stunning! Located on a peaceful spot next to vineyards and a short drive or walk to the adorable town of Santa Maria. Reaching Palma by car or train was also convenient. Gil was always checking in to ask if we needed anything and offered us recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house is a perfect balance of modern upgrades while still having authentic charm - we especially loved the pool!

Simple house, but very nice and with everything you need. Viki was super kind and helpful. Perfect location, close to everything, but far from the chaos, perfect for those who want to relax a bit. I would go back now.

Very, very quiet beautiful location. Exactly what we were looking for and needed. The house, the terrace and the beautiful pool allowed us great and relaxing days. We felt very comfortable. Very clear recommendation. The contact with Guillermo was also very good, we needed help once because of the electricity and Guillermo was on site within 10 minutes.

The stay was very pleasant! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

I was at Cesc's farm for a 'workation' and it was just the perfect place for it. I worked by day next to the swimming pool and in the breaks and after work I was able to instantly relax. This was because of the beautiful farm with swimming pool, the nice kitchen, all of the lovely animals and the great nature around the farm. Francesc was an incredible host in every way: super kind, responsive and gave a lot of tips. I would recommend everybody to go here if you're looking for a nice and relaxing getaway.

Such an amazing villa! Beautiful views and surroundings, very good sized pool which the children all enjoyed and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen and outside cooking areas were also very well equipped. A tasteful villa which made our family holiday really memorable. Wow!

Toni’s beautiful place surpassed our expectations. So peaceful. It feels as though you’re miles from anything but only 5/10 minutes in the car to get essentials, go out for dinner etc. As soon as we arrived, I got straight back on Airbnb to try and book this place for later on in the year. No surprise, it’s fully booked all summer!!!! We will 100% be booking again!

We had the most incredible time imaginable here recently, the whole experience was magical. From the beautiful, stunning, spacious villa with its breathtaking views, to the wonderful pool and the incredibly cool and gigantic games room, it was a beautiful place to stay. In addition to the wonderful surroundings they also had goats, chickens and donkeys within the complex, that you could feed and pet. This was a highlight for our kids. This was just the most incredible place to stay for the whole family. We will definitely be coming back. Epic and beautiful.

An extraordinary property in a beautiful setting. It was a privilege to stay at such a unique and interesting house. Nothing is wanting. Every aspect of this stay exceeded our expectations. The house itself has a serenity and balance that exudes calm. This is property that has been loved and cared for by people who are genuinely keen to see their guests enjoy their stay. All the basics - amenities / provisions / bedding etc etc are so impeccably provided for that you almost fail to notice the preparation and skill that has gone into ensuring this is so. Looking out from the terrace at the expansive view of Petra, and as the train passed through the valley, it genuinely felt as if we were in a film set. This really is an opportunity not to miss.

Accommodation reserved for my parents' birthday. They had a wonderful stay in this accommodation! Upon arrival, they felt at home: the apartment is warm, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. But what really marked their stay was the kindness and attention of the owner. She had the delicate attention to prepare a nice surprise for their birthdays. The environment is calm and pleasant. Thank you so much for a lovely experience. My parents will be happy to go back!

Stunning location for a private getaway. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The driveway is steep (so definitely ensure you have a 4-wheel drive car) but once settled in, you won’t want to leave. Views of Soller, the port, and all the mountains around. Great spot with lots of charm. Super responsive hosts

The place is really nice, we spent 4 peace and quite nights in the house, The bedding is in high quality, we had good sleep here. The host is very passionate, will come meet and guide you in person, preparing unique whine, cookies and olive oil for you. It’s an impressive stay!!

A magical place Just perfect You can see the amazing space with massive roof terrace plus a beautiful balcony from the lounge and views from the photos on the site but it doesnt do it justice - it is the most amazing location and views Accommodating and friendly hosts Spacious and characterful apartment Clean and modern bathroom with good water pressure in the shower and heated towel rail/radiator Well equipped for hand soap, cleaning liquids and laundry detergents etc and first aid items, hairdryer etc Plenty of hot water for two people Very comfortable bed and bedding Quiet and calm- no problem with road noise Thoughtfully and tastefully refurbished- small things that make the stay more comfortable like plenty of plug sockets and thoughtful placement of light switches. Beautiful walk to Llucalcani bay through the pine forest- we didnt swim as a bit cold while we were there We love cycling and it is right on on the beautiful coast road between Deia and Soller
