Holiday rentals with lake access in Balearic Islands

We spent almost a week there. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a fantastic time. Thank you for being such a welcoming host Pablo, both of you :)

This house with its small, charming garden is an oasis in the middle of Alcudia’s touristy hotel district. It is located right by an artificial lake, offering beautiful views from both the shaded terrace and the bedroom. In the garden, there are kayaks that we used in the evenings to go paddling on the lake with the kids. The sea is also very close, so if your main goal is to spend time at the beach, getting there is very easy. The atmosphere of the house is truly homely, with a sense of history. The walls are adorned with art throughout, and the living room features an impressive library, mainly focused on art history, architecture, and nature. The hostess and her musician son are extremely kind and welcoming people. It was a perfect fit for our family, and we truly loved it!

We were eight people, and the house was just right for our needs. Area was peaceful, and within reasonable walking distance from the beach. Antonia was very helpful, and the couple who met us were very friendly. Altogether I can recommend this place.

Soggiorno impeccabile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Non ho mai trovato un alloggio così pulito e servito. Materassi e cuscini comodissimi. Sergi ancora prima di arrivare in casa ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per raggiungerla e anche dei consigli per la nostra vacanza, ha risposto ad ogni nostra domanda in maniera rapida ed esaustiva. All’interno della casa abbiamo trovato addirittura le prese anti zanzare, del dopo sole e un kit di pronto soccorso. Casa fantastica! Sicuramente la parte della casa che ci è piaciuta di più è stato il giardinetto! Consiglio fortemente Sergi come host e la sua casa!

wir waren rund um begeistert von dem Haus und der Gegend. Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus auch ideal mit Kindern. Der Pool und die wunderschöne Bucht, ist ideal zum entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr ein Herzens Mensch und würden Ihnen wie auch das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist komplett gerechtfertigt. das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung wie auch für den Stromverbrauch. Wir danken unserem Gastgeber sehr und wenn wir das nächste mal auf Mallorca sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder zu ihm und in ein schönes Haus reisen.

We are so glad we chose Rosa's place. There were 4 of us staying and the house had plenty of room. It's in an incredible location just across the street from the quietest part of the (amazing) beach. There are alot of amenities close by, grocery stores and restaurants. The back patio looks over the lake, making for wonderful meals outside. Communication with the host and her son was excellent. They were very responsive and gave us great local suggestions. The home was very clean and had all the things you need for a self catered stay. There was even water and beer in the fridge on our arrival. Garbage bags, soap pods and detergent were all on hand at check in. It's these small touches that separate a good place from a great place and this place was fabulous. The house is very well appointed well kept and you could feel the love and care Rosa and her son Toni put into this place. I would highly recommend staying here if you come to Mallorca and are looking for a place to stay.

This air BnB is perfect for a stay in Palma. It’s the best of both worlds in terms of location. It’s in a peaceful area with a great view from the terrace and amenities nearby, whilst also only being a 30 min walk to the city centre or a short and affordable taxi journey in! The terrace is perfect for sunbathing and the apartment itself was clean, spacious and like the photos. Pepe and co were very responsive and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend this spot.

We stayed here as a friend group of 5, and it was the best place we could’ve imagined. It’s walking distance to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, clubs, bus stop, … We had the best time here and were positively surprised about how big the house is and the sun terrace it has! I would 100% come back and can only recommend it!

Had a very good time here. Beautiful and clean appartement, fully equiped. The appartement has recently been renovated and now looks even better than on the pictures here. Easy communication with the host and clear instructions on how to reach. 10 mins walk from the beach and restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this one.

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

Muy contentos de habernos alojado en medio de Pujols al lado de gran oferta gastronómica y a escasos minutos de la primera de tantas playas maravillosas. María fue un host excepcional; muy agradable, siempre predispuesta y cercana, con ganas de ayudar en cuanto le fuera posible. El piso es más que correcto con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Nuestra valoración general ha sido excelente.

My family and I loved our stay. Joanna was extremely responsive and a great host. Location is just across the road from the beach, and close to cafes and supermarkets. House is old but has everything you need. The only slight fault we had was the very limited supplies provided (no salt, oil, sugar), and wifi was a little patchy in some areas of the house. But otherwise we loved it and highly recommend Joanna’s place.

Quedamos encantados con el apartamento. Monica nos recibió y nos dios consejos. El apartamento estaba súper bonito decorado y muy limpio, la cama súper cómoda . Todo nuevo. Ubicación genial incluso si no tenéis coche (bus muy cerca) y con bici puedes llegar a cualquier punto de la isla. Vistas al mar desde el balcón. Zona con restaurantes y supers. Volveremos seguro! We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

This beautiful beach front apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is the added bonus of a separate mini, air conditioned, apartment upstairs. Having visited with a toddler, this time, the travel cot was large and linen provided. The balcony with it's amazing view was spacious with comfortable furniture. However, we only used it a few times with the toddler as the balustrades are spaced quite wide apart. A returning guest we have always found the host friendly and prompt to reply to emails.

Phantastischer Ausblick. Wir waren 1 Woche in der Wohnung von Malena. Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen, vor allem der phantastische Ausblick. Morgens schon auf den Bslkon gehen, das Meeresrauschen hören, einfach toll. Malena hatte uns sogar ein Paket Kaffee hingestellt, so dass wir morgens gleich welchen hatten. Danke dafür, aber auch für die sofortige Erreichbarkeit und deine schnelle Reaktion. Meinem Sohn war die Matratze zu hart. Malena war an dem Wochenende im Haus und brachte uns mehrere Decken, so dass er dann gut schlafen konnte. Ich sage nur: Lage, Lage, Lage ... einfach grandios. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Danke für alles.
