Das Haus liegt einmalig - mit unverbauter Aussicht aufs Meer! Es ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles Nötige ist da. Zur besonderen Lage des Hauses muss man in Betracht ziehen, dass der Zugang zum Haus zu Fuss über einen schmalen Pfad erfolgt. Die Bucht unterhalb des Hauses erfordert Trittsicherheit, Schwindelfreiheit und gute Schuhe (spitze Felsen). Wir haben jeden Tag genossen - es ist unglaublich ruhig und friedlich. Die Menschen im Dorf sind nett und man bekommt alles, was man braucht (Laden täglich geöffnet). Der Weg zum Dorf ist sehr steil. Der öffentliche Strand ist eher spartanisch und nicht sehr attraktiv. Dafür ist das Wasser klar und wir haben viele kleine Fische gesehen.

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Sanam was an amazing host. The place was very well setup with lots of love and care. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy well equipped home. She had snacks and water kept for us, which is such a kind gesture. The only con I would say is, it was a bit expensive. All amenities worked very well - the air conditioning, hot water, etc.

A great week's stay at Puerto Adriano Villa - the Pool & Villa were very clean and well equipped - Carlos is a super lovely host! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday, like dropping off a cake and bottle of Cava for my husband's birthday - a kind and thoughtful surprise! The area is quiet and easy to walk to the Spar supermarket & restaurants down to Port Adriano. Easy access to the Motorway for a trip to Palma and the rest of Mallorca. We loved everything thank you Carlos!!

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

We recently stayed in Villa Can Bari as a family of 5 (parents with adult children) , the place was absolutely perfect for us with plenty of room to spread ourselves around and have time out on our own if we liked . The villa exceeded expectation and from the moment we walked in we felt very settled . It has lots of useful equipment that you don't necessary always get with a rental - plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, beach towels, insect plugins , board games etc and the villa was very clean . What really stood out was the location and outside space - the view is absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed relaxing and sitting out both in the day watching all the activity on the water and in the harbour and at night when all the restaurants, houses and villas across the bay are lit up - quite magical! Port de Soller is a really beautiful place to visit, with some lovely beaches, excellent choice of restaurants and the charming tram to hop onto to go to Soller and then onto Palma

Très beau séjour à Banyalbufar ! Le logement est charmant, bien décoré et agréable à vivre. Le village est superbe, avec une vue magnifique, surtout au coucher du soleil. Les gens sur place sont vraiment accueillants et bienveillants. Un petit souci le premier jour, mais Tanja et Markus ont été très réactifs et tout a été réglé rapidement. En plus, ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner pour s’excuser, une attention qu’on a beaucoup appréciée. Service 5 étoiles ++ ! Il y a de très bons restaurants dans le coin. Que ce soit pour se reposer ou découvrir d’autres endroits de l’île, c’est une super adresse. On recommande sans hésiter !

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war ein toller Treffpunkt für unsere Gruppe. Lourdes hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war stets für uns erreichbar. Die Gegend um Valldemossa ist wunderschön und lädt zu Ausflügen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten zu Viert (Kinder 15/10) einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei sommerlichen Temperaturen in Theos schönem Haus. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich: den großen und im hinteren Bereich schön tiefen Pool (toll für größere Kinder), die wunderschöne und selbst bei 30 Grad angenehm luftige Veranda, auf der wir fast alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (sogar Kuchenbacken zum Geburtstag war möglich), die bequemen Betten und die tolle Kommunikation, Hilfsbereitschaft (Mietwagen) und schnelle Reaktion mit bzw. von dem Gastgeber. Schneller, als wir gucken konnten, war z.B. der Sonnenschirmständer ausgetauscht. Einzig die Laufdistanz/-Strecke zum Strand hatten wir uns schneller und direkter vorgestellt; man läuft ca. 1 km an der Straße durch das Wohnviertel, dann weiter durch das Zentrum von Cala Pi und zuletzt die Treppe zum Strand runter. Das soll aber keine Kritik sein, es ist ein top Haus zu einem fairen Preis, das wir jetzt schon vermissen.

This is our favorite place, we love the scenery, warm breezes, splashing in the pool and barbecuing outdoors on the patio, with a couple of local goats running around. Thank you Daniel for another superb vacation, the oven is a nice update.

Das Haus ist urig eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen. Besonders hat uns die überdachte Terrasse gefallen. Hier kann man es bei jedem Wetter gut aushalten. Cala Figuera und der Badestrand sind fußläufig erreichbar, aber man ist ein bisschen "ab vom Schuss". Zum Einkaufen braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Agnes ist jederzeit gut erreichbar und versucht zu helfen. Vielen Dank liebe Agnes!

amazing villa, really enjoyed.the pool and garden, beautiful decor and clean

Wir waren mit 10 Freundinnen und Freunden für ein langes Pfingstwochenende dort. Das Haus und die verschiedenen Aufenthaltsbereiche und der Pool bieten grossartige Möglichkeiten zusammen die Zeit zu geniessen oder sich zwischendurch zurück zu ziehen. Vor allem der Sitzplatz am Pool ist fantastisch für ein gemeinsames Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang oder einfach um den Tag zu verplempern. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr unterschiedlich, aber durchwegs stilvoll eingerichtet, komfortabel mit en-suite Duschen. Mit Grillplatz und Brot- bzw. Pizzaofen macht es Spass gemeinsam Essen zu zubereiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a really great house, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with tableware and equipment. It was very thoughtful to provide cutlery and suitable plates for the infant in our party. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean. Veronica was able to provide babysitter details (The babysitter was wonderful btw!). Veronica also responded to and dealt with a small query we had. The house is very well located and it was a very quick walk to the beach and countless restaurants. The garden was well maintained with lots of sun loungers and other seating areas. The quantity of outside towels was very appreciated. An additional bonus were the two horses at the bottom of the garden who paid numerous visits much to the utter delight of the infant! Das Haus ist ein echtes Juwel! Der bei den ersten Malen sehr beschwerliche Aufstieg zum höchstgelegenen Haus dieses entzückenden Bergdorfes zahlt sich auf jeden Fall aus! Der Blick ist selbst für mallorquinische Verhältnisse einmalig. Die Terrasse ist geräumig und mit ausreichend Möbeln ausgestattet, daß wir uns zu zweit wohlgefühlt haben. Im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus finden sich viele originelle Artefakte, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Bäder und Küche sind modern und gut nutzbar. Das zweite Badezimmer ist allerdings nur über die Terrasse zu erreichen; für uns zwei eher angenehm, weil man die Dusche fast wie eine Außendusche nutzen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit Diego war perfekt und sehr herzlich! Er hat uns bei der Übergabe sogar beim Schleppen der Vorräte geholfen! Ganz herzlichen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche in Eurem kleinen Schmuckstück! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Logement très bien équipé et très propre. Nombreuses serviettes de douches disponible, machine à laver à disposition avec tout les produits nécessaires. Logement très bien situé, proche du port et des restaurants et autres activités à pied. Justo est un super hôte. Il est très réactif, très humain, nous avons pu le rencontrer et c est vraiment quelqu’un de bien. Si vous avez le moindre soucis il saura vous aider et est très réactif. De sympathiques attentions vous sont laissées à l arrivée. Nous avons passé un super moment, nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City! We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful apartment located right in the historic center. The space is incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the host — truly exceptional! Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, including great local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with so many landmarks, charming streets, and great restaurants just around the corner.

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. It was a pleasure to stay at Toni‘s place. Everything was fine and he helped us during our stay when we need support from someone local. Furthermore he is super friendly and reacts quickly to messages. Location is great, next to a small charming beach and not far away from a bigger one. We are sad to leave but will be back for sure! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa avec une grande piscine très bien équipée. La vue est splendide et la situation est parfaite (proche de la plage et des commerces). De plus l’accueil était parfait avec un joli panier contenant des spécialités. Nous avons également apprécié la souplesse sur les horaires d’arrivées et de départs.
