Check in and check out were smooth - the communication was great! We were in town for a 10K so it was nice having the ability to wake up later and not have to drive 2+ hours. We had three dogs with us and one of them did not like the horses but the horses gave them no mind. We enjoyed our stay and will more than likely book again next year for the same race!

We loved this little cabin. The layout was perfect and there was no wasted space throughout the inside. In a very quiet place with nature all around. Saw deer each day. I would highly recommend for a quiet, private getaway for 2. If I had my own cabin in the mountains I’d want it built and designed like this. Thanks for the great stay.

A beautiful home in a strategic location. Joanna is a fantastic host and we had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-appointed property. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all of the amenities that we were seeking. The location was perfect-peaceful and private, yet close to town and outdoor recreational activities like hiking, waterfalls, and lakes. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the endless opportunities NE Georgia has to offer.

The place is beautiful and the Host are so easy to deal with. It is very clean and new but made us feel very welcome. They gave us access to a grill and a firepit which made the trip extra special. One of my friends is in her 70's and did find the path to the door way a bit tricky but still manageable and she is just 5 foot tall so she had to push herself onto the bed but once there she was so grateful to be staying in such a wonderful place. We were able to watch the deer in the morning and the fireflies at night. Thank you so much!

Home is like my Grandmothers house. The home is surounfed by trees making it seem very private. We were in the area on a short motorcycle ride and it is easy to ride around the house to park. Recomend this home to anyone as a place to relax and unwind.

exceptional host! Bobbe made sure we felt right at home and made excellent recommendations on restaurants. the location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from all of the perfect mountain spots! the home was perfect. with great detail to keeping the historic appearance but with modern amenities. The family history of the home was the perfect touch. we definitely will be back.
