Cozy, stylish, spacious and renovated house. It is located in a quiet and very convenient location, for visiting shops (Walmart, Publix, Costco, etc.), restaurants, next to I-295, NAS JAX BASE. The beach is 30 minutes (equipment: beach chairs/towels/umbrella, beach cart, children's sand toys). The house has 4TVs, a crib, a play area for kids with toys in the living room. Free parking: garage -2 cars, driveway-4 cars. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, spices, tea and of course coffee. Welcome!

You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.

This is a full size one bedroom house with full brand new kitchen and private entrance. The entire place was renovated late 2021. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen has a full sized brand new oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is stocked with utensils etc so you can easily make full meals or stay for an extended time. There's one free off-street parking spot available and plentiful free street parking.

By far my favorite place I’ve stayed at yet!!! Absolutely loved it couldn’t say enough about it !!! The bed was incredible the snacks and drinks were so thoughtful and very much appreciated the coffee bar was perfect for me!! I wish I could have stayed longer !! Will definitely be back !!

I can’t say enough good things about this experience! Adorable spot right on the river, got to watch the sun come up over the water with our coffee every morning. There were kayaks available to rent which we took out multiple times, just exploring and also for fishing, had a blast! Very peaceful but right outside of the city, extremely convenient to our concert and our dinner reservations. The hosts are both extremely friendly and communicative, flexible, plenty of information, very quick responses. Always helpful. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning was as cold as you could want it to be. Everything was very clean. I’m sure I am forgetting something; everything about this was a treat, and we would definitely come back!
