The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

Nice place, a little bit away from the center so it’s relatively quiet. 3 minutes walk to an adjacent street there are a lot of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the building there’s a grocery store, which we went to every day and 5 minutes walk you will find a huge and very beautiful park. The host and co-host are very friendly and flexible, I recommend this apartment

The apartment was very well located in the middle of Alsancak, many restaurants and shopping centers, a short distance walking to the sea. Easy to walk to and to park the car. Safe area. I will for sure book it again.

The house was clean and met our expectations. There were materials to use in the kitchen. We had a good communication. The only problem was that it was a little far from the center for those who will use public transportation, but it was close to the tram. But you have to walk a lot to go to the beach:)

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, and it was a pleasure to meet the Faith couple; this price is very good value for money in the surrounding room type, you can walk to the big elevator in 3 minutes, you need only 1 subway station to go to the clock tower; because they arrive late on the first day, they have been sending me messages to care if we can find directions and proactively recommend delicious food and play routes; On the first night they were very enthusiastic about inviting me for tea and coffee, we talked for a few hours together, although relying on the translator, it didn't affect our communication of interesting topics at all; I highly recommend everyone to stay

We had a wonderful 6 days, although it is not a touristic location, it is a good place to relax in a quiet neighborhood. He also took good care of us and provided the missing little things in half an hour. It was a clean and comfortable house with all kinds of technological items. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe.
